No one cares when a restaurant closes after three months due to being unsuccessful, but for some reason when it's gaming-related, it's supposed to be always newsworthy.It's not something that's only happening in the gaming industry.

Also, this just shows how irrelevant store cut is unless you're self-published. Look at how much CP2077 made with the majority of sales coming from PC, including GOG where CDP gets 100% of sales. How did that translate to developers' salaries?
