There's a steam controller page already though. Just not 2019 specifically.
And of course it's not that helpful since it's basically every kind of game :p
Dragon Ball FighterZ is showing up at the top of that page for me and that's straight up giving me anxiety lol. Fighting games are like the one use case where the Steam Controller was fucking garbage. I gave up entirely after like 15mins of Guilty Gear because I genuinely felt like I was going to break the "dpad" hahaha.

I sold Link’s Awakening today. Honestly I didnt enjoy it too much.
I remember first playing Link's Awakening by taking turns at a Gameboy during after-school care in Elementary School... so the game has a spot pretty close to my heart. I had a blast playing through the remake in a single session - I even streamed it - but I haven't really gone back to touch it.

I think I prefer 3D Zelda after all.

I looked through 3 discovery queues today, the first time in a while. I don't know if they changed something about the algorithm but it was particularly eye-opening.
There were at least a dozen (apparently) really well-made, unique games I had never heard of in there (and while I'm probably not as "good" at hearing about everything in gaming today as I was e.g. 2 years ago, I'd say I'm still easily on the enthusiast end of the spectrum). It seems like a rather terrifying prospect to enter the games industry with a new, unknown indie game today (even if it's good).

That said, while some of those games clearly had trouble finding an audience (and were most likely financial failures) at < 100 reviews, a surprising number of them seemed reasonably successful (>1000 reviews). So there's that.

Says I don't own Chasm. That's not cool, GOG.
The connect settings are really stupid at times and at times work instantly or seemingly not at all. I've had to change my steam profile settings to public for pretty much everything and set it sit for awhile for connect to reccognize that it's "Oh its you"
But that's just my case dunno it's just a finicky thing

For a few months the gog connect thing just kept asking me to try again later, and after the twitter garbage I just said fuck them and stopped checking.

I'm going through Nioh New Game + to have a slight chance at playing the DLC and I must say that the game balance is strange. I was terrified to go against Hino-Emma again and the lady got absolutely destroyed on my second try. And no, I'm not good.
Magic, gear and levels really do wonder.

I'm not complaining :so-good-blob:

PS. No way I replay those fucking duel levels or the last stage with the soul crushingly difficult encounter before the final boss. Fuck. That. Noise.

This is odd
Code:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/769920/Odysseus_Kosmos_and_his_Robot_Quest_Episode_1/
First episode is free, no problemo, with each subsequent episode is paid. That's fine in my book too.

HOWEVER

Why is there a different sub for the complete collection? It's not even linked in the first episode's page!

Finished chapter 2 in RDR2 and yeah, i like this game. I thought i was done with big open world type games but this one is so beautiful and well put together. Im enjoying the story. The controls still annoy me a bit. Im always bumping into things and people. I ran over a horse at my camp with a carriage. Whoops.

Also ive changed my avatar in honour of the gnome from HL2Episode2. I love that little gnome.

Finished LiS 2. The Game has a very strong start and ending and I liked it more than LiS 1. But in general I wish those new adventure games would have more puzzles or take more inspirations from old point and click adventure games, because they are not that entertaining from a gameplay perspective. True those old adventure games either tried to constantly kill you (hello Sierra) or had nonlogical puzzles, but there needs to be a middle ground between this story focused "look at stuff" gameplay and the old style.
The story in LiS 2 is a bit too stretched out and you are getting one wholesome brothers scene after the other, which is starting to loose it's effect after a while. It all makes sense and is part of the journey, but I felt a bit bored at times especially during episode 3. I also wish they'd stop with this "your decision effect the story" stuff. It does, but not in really significant ways. The most important thing is to teach your brother either to be "good" or "evil", all the rest seems to be more smoke & mirrors.
It's good, there are some beautiful scenes and it is hard to not have tears in your eyes at the end. I'm interested what they are going to do with LiS3, but gameplay needs to be reinvented for those games asap. They are all starting to feel same: you walk to something, look at it, listen to inner monologue, talk to people, feel the beautiful scenes. That's 90% it, but it's not enough for 13h and five chapters.

Both Playstation and Xbox Store have the option to upgrade Devil May Cry 5 to Deluxe edition. What madness is this?

https://store.playstation.com/sv-se/product/EP0102-CUSA08161_00-DMC5BUNDLE000003
https://www.microsoft.com/sv-se/p/devil-may-cry-5-deluxe-upgrade/BNDJXN87R0C0

I have been following a thread that is discussing the inability to upgrade. My theory is that when they added Red Orb with the base game, also was when upgrade option was removed or accidentally removed.
I have tweeted to Capcom USA and Capcom UK. Dunno if they will reply to it

I really hope that they fix this. If both Playstation and Xbox store have it, then why shouldn't Steam store have it?

Steam says 14h and you can add 4h captain spirit to it

I am never missing out on talk options and I'm pretty certain I've looked at and read most of the stuff. I certainly missed something though. Unless I've missed entire branches or chapters I've no idea how you were able to stretch it out out that long tbh.
