nope ... completely separate story
there are like 2 minor references to the first game for fans ... but that's about it ... think: a headline in a newspaper mentioning a location from the first game ... that kind of stuff ... completely inconsequential

and remember - in this one your decisions DO matter ... a lot, in fact (and not just the ones that are clearly marked, where you have to choose between a few options ... it also extends to dialogues, and even in-game actions)awwww ... well i hope you can get to it soonHope so!

I'd love to see a Steam Link 2 as well, with 1440p and 4k support. The Steam Link app on my TV causes way too much latency, despite my tv having a game mode.

Or maybe I should play the first Yooka Laylee before buying Impossible Lair. Deciding to not buy a new game in a game series before finishing the other game(s) can spare me a lot of money. It's why I have yet to buy many games like Dirt rally 2, Total Warhammer 2 and AoW Planetfall.

Usually you have to wait a long time for anyone to pick up your item at the "starting at" price and you'll need to lower it to the "sell order" price. So while you might see that your card starts at .70 on the market in reality, the only buy order is like .20 lol.
Holy fuck, DJMAX apparently has 161 songs.

And they'll be adding more songs as free DLC, so there's a lot of value for money if you don't live in one of the regions that are getting shafted by the poor regional pricing.
A bigger problem than the high standard price is the fact that they are not going to add a input-delay options, since they are afraid of getting sued by Konami (again). So if you have problems with the input being out of sync with the audio, and cant fix it by tweaking your Windows settings, then all you can do is refund the game.
161 songs available at start? That's insane. Is there any place where I can listen to them? Youtube?
Currently still eyeing these are the ones Im currently very interested in getting, only problem is the low discount on them, but these are the ones im VERY interested in getting:

So I played more RDR2; a few issues.
1. This game throws so much at you to manage. "Your horse is dirty, you can't take stew more than once a couple of days, you have to eat to keep your weight, you got a deer but its low quality, your horse is dirty and its health will go down, manage your honor stats..." Oh boy...
2. Controls sometimes causing problems. Like when on horseback, make the mistake of holding the right trigger for a second and suddenly I have to run away because my gun went off and the law is after me and now I have to wait until the next day to start a mission. :/
RDR1 was smoother than this.
I'm going to see if I can meet this thing halfway.

The new game is way better than the first one though. The first one, if we take away the nostalgia factor, is an extremely lame title imo. Impossibile Lair is an amazing platform and probably the closest thing to DK Country Tropical Freeze you can get on PC.
Hopefully they won't be as barebones as the stuff they release on Steam.
What is causing the input delay? I suppose it's the monitor/Tv config but I am just curious if there is anything else to consider...
