With DJMax talk, for another new rhythm game that was better than I expected give AVICII Invector a shot:

It's a small effort with only 25 songs with three difficulty levels each, and if you're good at the genre you'll likely have no problem getting through all the songs on hard. Chasing high scores will extend the life, though, since getting 100% all perfects feels impossible.

And I rarely pay attention to regional pricing but this one looks to do it decently?

The game is like a mix of Amplitude and Frequency, but with only a single note chart instead of selecting which one you want to complete. It's more of a plate spinning style of rhythm game where instead of a simple note highway with one button corresponding to each lane you do a lot more shifting side to side with a "bass" sort of line that requires a button hit, too.

CD PROJEKT, creators of “The Witcher” series of games and upcoming role-playing game “Cyberpunk 2077”, together with Andrzej Sapkowski, author of “The Witcher” books, would like to inform that today both parties signed an agreement further solidifying their relationship.

“We’ve always admired Mr. Andrzej Sapkowski’s works — a great inspiration for the team here at CD PROJEKT RED,” says Adam Kiciński, President and Joint CEO, CD PROJEKT. “I believe today marks a new stage in our continued relationship,” Kiciński concludes.

The agreement satisfies and fully clarifies the needs and expectations of both parties, past and present, and sets out a framework for the future cooperation between the two sides.

The agreement grants CD PROJEKT new rights, as well as confirms the company’s title to “The Witcher” intellectual property in video games, graphic novels, board games, and merchandise.

I'm so tempted to pull the trigger on three pretty expensive games (among other stuff): AI: Somnium Files, Octopath and DARIUSBURST Chronicle Saviours. Not deep sales whatsoever but it's stuff I really want to play.
Sometimes we just need a relatively small sale to pull the trigger on something we've been wanting to play for quite a while :D

Get just one of these. Don't waste your money on something you won't be playing any time soon and then it is cheaper come the next sale when you hadn't played it yet.

If it helps, DARIUSBURST is easily my favourite shmup on Steam, I bought the game, and all DLCs on day one, at full price (or with the launch discount) and I never regretted the price I paid for.

The game has so much content, it's silly.
Check the CS mode, play through the hundreds of stages (while hearing a ridiculous number of tracks from pretty much every Darius game that came before it), and you'll probably have a great time.

You don't need to purchase the DLCs right away (they are for a secondary, separate mode, and feature music, ships and stages based on other shmup properties), since you have plenty of content to tackle on the main modes of the game.
One of the modes is an arcade perfect port of the latest arcade game, with a 32:9 aspect ratio.
The CS Mode is played in a 16:9 aspect ratio, and chronicles events from all entries in the series.

Nice, I love Avicii. Saw him live while I was at University at a small club many years ago. Will definitely pick this up at some point.

DJMAX is definetly the best non-VR rhythm game I have played since Guitar Hero and maybe Audiosurf.

The amount of content is insane too.

The what what? Is it a region specific thing?
It's specific to Argentina. We are getting a new tax on stuff purchased with dollars (and all digital purchases count as that). 30% on top of the existing 21% tax we already had. It's amazing that so many pubs/devs are dumping US prices+ on us without realizing we are about to get a 50% tax on top of that. If they think Argentinians will still buy their games, they are delusional at best.

I have a couple of friends talking about going back to Green Steam (aka uTorrent). So yeah, between our governments and publishers, everyone is working overtime to ensure we can't have a little escapism with games. Fuck you all, publishers and governments. Fuck off and die.

Got some GOG discount codes that may be of use to those of you who have good regional pricing on there. I do not know if they are account locked but please use them within 24 hours before they expire

TABS has hit gamepass
That’s great. But you know what I would really like? When pc games hit consoles, I wish devs would implement controller support into their pc versions.

I use BPM all the time and would love to play this and Two Point Hospital (also coming to consoles soon) with a controller.

I don't think I've seen this mentioned before but Code Vein now has a PC demo. I guess they have had it for a few days now but have only just mentioned it now. Which is weird, I guess they just don't like the PC version. I don't think they have even acknowledged that they are up for one of the Steam Awards categories.

Deck building peeps, do you know anything about this game?

Also, @kaldaien, I see you bought Gujian 3, can you tell me if you experience fps drops?
