Roboquest is 38% off at GMG, I bought the game and tried it with a couple of friends. Despite being in EA, it was a blast, simple in most aspects but very well crafted. The only issue is that it has some performance issues that I am sure will be addressed in the coming months.

I forgot to mention that you can play solo or with a friend.

You took my bit about "enhanced conversation" a tad too seriously, methinks.

This "interrogation" began when, in a conversation about the very subject that interests me here, I listed the potential pieces of evidence I had found on the net and not discarded, in a fairly long post. Here are the parts that concern Queen, specifically:

I demanded nothing in this post. Queen then responded to assert her bona fide, and I explained what I consider evidence and not, etc etc. If she is in an interrogation chamber now, she walked in there of her own will.

Doing nothing is always easier. It's also less informative. If I have a prophet claiming that someday diamonds shall rain at a specific spot, planting myself on that spot like a vegetable with a big bag and waiting.... and waiting.... and waiting .... is a strategy; I guess. Digging info about the baseline success rate of prophets in general and this one in particular, by examining how past claims match reality, and whether it is worth buying a big bag, making travel arrangements, etc, is another strategy, and the one I generally prefer. The whole point of having brains is to be occasionally ahead of reality, just a bit, instead of waiting on it.

As for the tastefulness of engaging the metaphorical prophet at all? Like I stated, twice now, in my book, when a claim is made, it is fair game. If that is not in your book, then I guess we won't be singing about friendship together at the end of this episode of My Little Pony, and that's quite alright.

A popular Hong Kong distributor listed a Ninja Gaiden Sigma trilogy back in September so it adds up
Yup, IIRC it was also rated in Asia but I'm not entirely sure about this.

Xtralife Spain listing is a mix-bag because they list a lot of not-confirmed stuff but at the same time they also leaked by accident the Switch port of Cybersleuth a month prior it's announcement, so, there's that xD

This is something that always irks me about online interactions. I criticized your stance and you took that to mean that we can't be friends. Why? I don't know you, you don't know me, we might both be wonderful people. Having a different opinion than you or criticizing a choice you made is not personal. It's what forums exist for.

Two airplanes from Vienna coming to my country today, let's see if this will be the week when my package enters my country XD
Reminds how I ordered some cables form the US in mid November, and they are stuck in Vienna airport for nearly two weeks now. No idea how you manage this.

I didn't mean "we can't be friends". I meant "we may be operating on very different axioms about what is proper / friendly / tasteful, and if we can't converge on that, it appears unlikely that we will fully see eye to eye on this matter".

There are degrees between My-Little-Pony-style friendship and real-life (or online) cordiality, and most doors on that spectrum remain open, as far as I am concerned.

Time to give this demo a try

Played it for a bit. It looks awesome. Can't really comment on how combat/platforming will go. What was there was basic but fine, I guess there will be more options and abilities as you progress, so hard to say.
Didn't play the entire thing since it kinda bugged out after a cutscene a while in, but definitely something I'll keep my eyes on

I have no idea what's happening in this community right now

Looks like i won't be able to play Videogames until new years eve. SAD!
Finally have my new GPU and now - this!

Being tortured by work, drowned in alcohol and threatened by the prospect that my crush will visit me before christmas - what the fuck.
I am becoming a normie, lord help me.

Really excited to play Cyberpunk once i have the time tho, i'm actually hoping i get to play the buggy release version still for the Zeitgeist of it.

Is Grindstone coming to PC sometime or will it be stuck on Apple Arcade and Switch? I have a Switch so I can get it there, but a PC version would be nice too.

Maybe you can explain more about what your interest is in all of this. You suggested possibly doing this for personal reasons, or for some sort of journalism, or fact checking a member here. Or maybe you're just way too into Bloodborne on PC?

You could be more direct in stating what you have in mind and what your motivations are. I think people are trying to tease out whatever it is you're dancing around. It is fairly odd that you show up, put a lot of pressure on a single member, over (I guess) Bloodborne on PC which will likely happen regardless of whether that member is telling the truth or not, so what are we proving here?

Say you get your selfie with Queen in front of a monitor playing Bloodborne and three witnesses who all send you signed statements. What next? What do you intend to do with whatever you think you find out? You mentioned something about needing to earn your bread. What does that mean?

Huh. I was not expecting Evil Within to be so stealth-focused.
Not that I mind it, I was just expecting something a bit different.

I enjoy stealth, this was my first achievement in the game, lol.
stealth you say

The thing is, Cyberpunk isn't a broken, glitchy mess at all. It's less buggy than the vast majority of large-scale open world RPGs I've played at launch.
I'm not sure what people expect from a game of this type (I am sure though that at least some of the online outrage is fueled by the performance on last-gen consoles, which is pretty shit and it's fair to point out as a big flaw, but it's neither a bug nor a glitch).

Also, somewhat relatedly, didn't we have a playtracker.net person here? It currently estimates Cyberpunk at 1.4 million players on Steam. That would mean that 76% of all global players were playing it at the same time. On multiple days. Fix your algorithm :p

Ah, I see there is a misunderstanding here. I mentioned "needing to earn my bread" as a limiter on the time and energy I am willing to spend on this topic. Instead it seems it was understood as "I need to pressure Queen to earn my bread", which is... the radical opposite.

I am not at all a journalist. I love the Souls series, and Bloodborne is the last one I haven't been able to play (don't like consoles, loathe the concept of using software exclusives to sell hardware while pretending to care about ecology, can't stand controllers anyway) . I spent some time on and off exploring the rabbit hole of BB PC rumors that have been floating around the net since a few months ago, which eventually led me here. I created an account here primarily to use the search feature to check the timeline of some previous leaks (HZD in particular) to get a rough idea of whether there's anything to what she says.

I didn't necessarily intend to question her directly (primarily to avoid.... this.... good job, me). When a conversation began on the specific subject of "why journalists / outsiders don't report on this while this forum takes it for granted", I explained the state of my own "investigations". That led to a reaction by Queen, which led to me stating what I consider to be evidence.

Last point about "way too into" and "lots of pressure". I think we have differing perspectives on what constitutes "pressure". I was extremely fastidious in how I went about this precisely to keep the discussion about facts and statements and standards of evidence rather than on persons, and to make it understood I took concerns about potential IRL fallback for Queen seriously.

Perhaps that backfired, with the walls of texts giving the impression of "pressure" by sheer volume? Actually, most of the volume was me heavily insisting on why my refusal to take some things at face value is mandated by a rational approach and not arbitrary or bellicose. A bit like when I write an exam with extremely detailed questions to be sure the students are not lost and then they tell me "the subject was wayyy too long and I panicked"?

I don't know. At that point, I have stated my goals, views, and methods as clearly as I am capable, and have very little to add.

Definitely.

It also did not help that you write in professional English, explain your methodical approach to investigate leaks over the past months, want to see evidence (even though it could backfire on the leaker), etc. Due to the fact that we are just talking about a game, this raises issues with other people, even though it was your opposite goal. As far as I am concerned, I believe it is part of who you are, apparently a university-level teacher with some inclination for mathematics/computer science.

You need to understand that the last thing that we would want would be to be featured in a press article, which would bring a massive influx of users, this would put pressure on the moderation system, and we would lose the comfort of having a small community. Plus, we could lose our leakers, or they could lose their jobs, or get fined, or whatever could happen for breaking NDA.

So, try not to look like an undercover journalist or a lawyer trying to sue someone for breaking NDA. :kappa:

Yeah, people are conflating the bad showing on old consoles (which are 7 year old machines, that had the specs of mid-range laptops when they were released in 2013) with the state of the game overall.
I just hope the dev team can catch some well deserved off-time and then work on patches and DLC in normal pace. But with the state of the gaming industry, I'm not optimistic.

Bloodbourne will either release on pc or not. There, I solver all your rumour problems.
Wait a moment, I need to write a wall of text to analyse this, and "fact checking" it somehow.

Yes. Like I said before, the subject matter may be frivolous, but the process of evaluating evidence is serious business to me.

As for the "professional" English; English is not my native tongue, and I spend most of my days reading and writing papers and lecture notes and whatnots. Outside of that context, I try to add references to My Little Pony and other things to convey informality, but it's quite possible I'm just very bad at this.

As far as I am concerned, I believe it is part of who you are, apparently university-level teacher with some inclination for science/mathematics/computer science.
Yes (my field is TCS). That said, given that only yesterday my colleagues compared my flexibility to that of Professor Snape, and not in very favourable terms, I'd say it's more my personality than my profession.
