You know it, Bandai Namco and Capcom are the ones that steadier support have for PC, I wish Square Enix, SEGA and all of those would be the same.
This is why I'm more willing to buy their games day 1 as we can see them reinvesting in PC platform unlike certain "aggresive porting" company. Always great to see Bandai Namco bringing previously unavailable games to PC! Hoping to hear an announcement soon for Taiko and also Gundam Battle Operation 2! :cat-heart-blob:

Battle Operation had something Steam related or am I remember wrongly? but yeah, hopefully Taiko announcement won't be that far away.

This is interesting. Another thing to note is that a Taiko game is listed on Geforce leak too, so high chance its a multiplatform release.
too bad its not the Rhytmic Adventure pack that released on switch last year ... that one intrigues me much more than plain rhytm game

Like I alluded to with my precedent post, I'm in a 'relative' metroidvania mood. But there are so many. Grime, Bloodstained, Metroid Dread, to name the first that come to mind.

Did anyone post this? It's a great deal if you don't own any of the games...

Great bundle, although it is missing DLCs for Lego Batman 3 and LEGO DC Villains

Guess i'll add my experience with Mass Effect Andromeda to the mix:

The game is ok and i liked the combat and the characters/companions (not all but that's why you have a cast and more than you can bring on missions in games like this, pick the ones you like and you're good). The big disappointment was Andromeda itself.

We're going to a different galaxy, just thinking of all the possibilities had me hyped for the game but playing it felt like the creators were all out of ideas after creating a single alien race and some good looking ruins. It felt like picking a couple random unexplored star systems in the Milky Way of the first games would've made for a greater variety in interesting stuff to explore and fresh races to meet than a whole new galaxy did. It's as if the first Mass Effect had you meet and befriend the Asari and fight the most generic humanoid bad guys you can think of and have seen again and again in media and that was it.

No reason that couldn't have been a good game but its not a surprise it failed to meet expectations as the next big Mass Effect game after the trilogy.

It was rated for PC in Korea recently so hoping it will be announced soon.

Also I have just remembered about the Klonoa collection, its rated a long time ago but still no announcements regarding that yet haha.

AH YES, the Korea rating, I remembered there was something but didn't know what exactly.

Klonoa collection Encore, I need that announcement :cryingwhyblob:

That, and a Splatterhouse (2010) PC release (I love that game!), or a series collection (well, to be fair, Splatterhouse (2010) already included the original trilogy as extras, only missing Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti).

Both Splatterhouse and Klonoa appeared on trademark renewals quite some time ago, but nothing came of it. :(

Klonoa was renewed, Splatterhouse wasn't :/

That's sad. :negative-blob:

I remember seeing the news that new trademarks were filled a couple of years ago, along with Mr Driller, Klonoa, and more:

Worth considering:

Do the codes/keys in the Jingle Jam 2021 Collection expire?
Yes! All items in the Jingle Jam 2021 Collection may expire if not redeemed before January 1st, 2022. Jingle Jam, Tiltify, and the charities (organizations) involved in the event are not liable to replace any expired keys. This is a donation reward, NOT a purchase.

Are there a limited number of Jingle Jam 2021 Game Collections?
Yes. Rewards are limited to the first 100,000 eligible donations (at least £35/~$47 USD in a single donation with the reward selected)- so don’t delay!

Hell of a bundle, but I'm not sure I'm ready to put down 40 euros now that I'm really thinking about it. Won't be great for my backlog's health either since everything but Wildermyth will end up there for a good while :')

Returning to Fallout3 for the first time in so many years and the story/writing will never not bore me. The whole father and son stuff. The same with Fallout4 like wtf Bethesda.

I really hope Starfield isn't a 300hr game about a son warping around the galaxy looking for his dad. Please Bethesda do something more original and interesting.
BGS sandbox games have never been about the main questline for me.

The primary draw has always been roleplaying in the sense of creating my own storyline via exploration & discovery. Something I've yet to see other genre peers replicate at such a level.

In most sandbox rpgs, environments are just static set dressings for visual variety as I beeline from one objective marker to the next. With BGS the interactive environments are the primary role-playing vehicle.

Everything else is just gravy.

I haven't used my PS5 since the Geforce leak in september, so I just stopped playing Returnal and Demon's because of that leak. It's dusting down together with my Switch, One X, EGS, GOG, Xbox app and UPlay.
literally same

my switch has been collecting dust before smtv came out, now i'm doing multiple playthroughs of SMTV to milk some last bits of it, hopefully so i'll be ready for smtv on pc when that comes out

DAMN a Taiko no Tatsujin with the dualsense on PC...

:cryblob::cryblob::cryblob:
Have you played Ender Lilies already? It's the best among the semi-recent Metroidvanias IMHO.
Better than Record of Lodoss War-Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth- ?

Quake 1 got update, they added Honey addon.

Is there a 'best experience' guide to getting Quake running and looking good on a modern machine that isnt just PCW? Like gets me the original soundtrack and wide screen and better lighting and textures - like mod lists for bethesda games

I'd say so, yes. If I were to rank the 3 most recent sidescrolling Metroidvanias I've completed, it would be
Ender Lilies > Deedlit > Lost Ruins

But even Lost Ruins is pretty good.
Ah ok, Its just that the praise Deedlit has been getting is pretty universal.

I would like this to be more pure deck building with the 3d positional just as puzzles but still pretty interesting.

Archvale is getting some really good reviews. Zelda-like Bullet Hell:

This seems like Realm of the Mad God, a soft maybe.
