GOG Galaxy 2.0 Closed Beta begins today, check your emails
I want one but besides maybe as a steam link I dunno what else I would. Someone with knowledge should create a thread >.>Yes they do. I have an 8bitDo SNES controller with analog sticks and it works flawlessly with the Pi.
"New mode after beating Boss Rush"
Best action platformer of this year.
This is tempting. It also has VR support. Hmm.Sublevel Zero Redux is at an all-time low price of $4.49 over at GamesDoneQuick Chrono.gg store. Will it show up on the Monthly or not, who's to say but it's still a good price for the game.
Koei is gonna announce Atelier Ryza localization on the 27th. If anyone has been following the fan-art for this game, it's very NieR Automata-esque... That is to say, the fan-art is piling up like crazy because people love the new character designs and it's starting to feel like this could be the best selling Atelier game in a long time.
Now there is a problem of course. NieR had Platinum games backing it up. Atelier Ryza is still GUST at the end of the day...
Check it out and its just people wanting retro gaming. Which, unfortunately, is not really my cup of tea. What else can I do? I found a reddit thread but its all projects of making an amp board etc etc.Yes!
I have been wanting to create a thread for retro gaming with Raspberry pi some weeks now, but I am too lazy
For more information, look for MRORANGE's thread over at the purple forum
I like Atelier, but the amount of fanart made for this one is quite disturbingKoei is gonna announce Atelier Ryza localization on the 27th. Thanks for the review.I finished Shining Resonance Refrain yesterday at ~30 hours. Definitely would have been 40-50 without my trusty friend CheatEngine. It's very grindy, and I did not like it enough to indulge the grind. It's a very C-tier JRPG but I did enjoy my time with it. Probably wouldn't actively recommend it though.
The port is really good though in terms of controls. They really went the extra mile in making sure mouse works properly. That means menu's work completely with the mouse and in even in combat the right mouse button brings up the skill quick select, and you can either use 1-4 to trigger them, which is kind of the default behaviour for stuff like that, but also move the mouse in the direction and release the button to trigger the skill. Neat.
What can I say, I like the character designs, combat is fun, story is typical anime but it gets bonus points for having a music theme. I like that. The japanese VA cast is top-tier.
Was kind of disappointed with the B.A.N.D mechanic though. In theory that should be right my alley: depending on which character you choose as a Center and which song you get different effects. In practice all of that is pointless because there's only 1 character that has vocals for the songs and that character also gets a different outfit depending on the song while the mode is active, so what reason is there to use someone else!??
Around halfways through the game there is a second character that has different outfits when the mode is active, but no vocals so meh.
Other characters have songs with vocals but you literally can only unlock them after defeating the final boss, so really. What is the point. Biggest disappointment.
Combat also is a bit clunky due to over-reliance on menus when it should be possible without. You can only switch the character you control by going into the menu during the combat, and can also only have 4 skills equipped, but change them anytime in the menu.
Iirc LT and RT were free, so LT+DPAD for character quick switch and RT+DPAD for switching between different skill loadouts or something would have made it more dynamic.
So yeah, decent-ish C-tier JRPG.
Amazing dragon designs tho.
Depending on price, I might just pick that up in zee sale.Tomorrow's the day!
New map, plus 2 new missions on existing maps.
I'm interested but only see the Starter Pack, not Platinum. If you do decide to buy the game, there's a "Platinum Pack" that includes every table and piece of content made for the game, and in the future, if a new table comes out, you can simply buy the new DLCs by "completing" this bundle, and you can get them at over 50% discount (after I purchased the Platinum Pack on a previous sale, I have been purchasing the new tables as they come out for around €1 each, which is an awesome price).
Considering Cybersleuth was delisted from PSN I doubt that'll happen.hmm , maybe we should ask for Cybersleuth on PC
Weird.I'm interested but only see the Starter Pack, not Platinum.
Loving the fact that the internet community has just been growing more and more horny in the last few years tbhKoei is gonna announce Atelier Ryza localization on the 27th. Some of those packs aren't available in every region it seems.Weird.
Where are you located? Some of those packs aren't available in every region it seems.
Bundles automatically become unavailable if they're less than $0.50 per item. SteamDB doesn't account for this. (SteamDB assumes bundles are the same worldwide)Where are you located?
I was checking SteamDB, to see if the developers forgot to add a price to this pack in any regions, but everywhere shows up:
Zaccaria Pinball - Platinum Pack · BundleID: 3672

Since the forums automatically create links, and sometimes things don't work correctly, try copying the link below:

Thanks for the lol
That is pretty cheap. I'll buy it tomorrow when the sale starts, since I think Valve is going to do another $5 off of purchases of $30.00.
That one too. Must be international joke day and nobody told me

Thanks for the recommendation. I don't feel like giving Zen my money after their exclusivity deals with Epic, so I'll be happy to give this one a chance.I already posted about it in our pinball thread, but for those who don't follow it, and you enjoy digital pinball, considering checking out Zaccaria Pinball.
The game just received a massive update, and everything just looks and plays so much better! Previously, the game didn't give a good first impression, since in many ways it looked a bit "amateurish" and low budget compared to other pinball games.
But now, the developers really stepped up, and turned into a much polished product.
With the Summer Sale starting, consider giving the game a try, even if you already did in the past.
There's plenty of free content to try out (some tables you can play without any limits, others function a bit like a demo: you can play them, but it stops when you reach a certain amount of points), so you don't need to purchase anything before giving it a go.
And, besides the classic tables, the developers have been making "remake" tables, where they take the motifs of the original tables, and give it a more slick, modern playfield, and these tables are a lot of fun.
I'm really impressed with what the developers of this game managed to achieve, especially such a qualitative jump from one version to the next.
