If I could get FFVII for 35€ on GMG I would probably get it. But I am not Gold member so best I can do is 45€ and I am not paying that much after everything SE did with this game.
Maybe they'll patch it now that it's on a store with user reviews.

To be fair, it's a massive game and there was no preload, so I imagine a lot of people are still downloading.

45€ is if you are Silver or Gold member i think but you can get coupon to drop it to 35€ or 36€.
Remember that the game is $70/80€ so yes in dollars It can get as low as 39 but not in euros.
