Etherborn, Turok and maybe Battle Chasers are the only ones I really want. Not too bummed about missing this month
Look at them and add the game back to your wishlist!I just deleted 'Yes, your grace' from my wishlist.
That's part of the point, after seeing two reviews whining about the difficulty of the sim, I just realized that I was in for the cute day to day vibe. Nothing against a good sim, far from it, but here that makes me less interested.Look at them and add the game back to your wishlist!
I'm not an expert as I've only played ~7 hours. I'm more interested in the management side of things and I found it utterly boring; the creative side of things is fantastic though. It's the reason why I have no intention of buying Planet Zoo, despite how lovely it looks.Oh btw, is Planet Coaster a good management game or is it just mostly interesting for the sandbox ?
Same for Planet Zoo.
I can try out some of the jokes I've been working onhuh pretty somber month.
The way I understand it, Planet Coaster excels in the design tools of building rides. Looks awesome too. But if you want more tycoon/management hooks, your looking at Parkitect, which has that in spades.I'm not an expert as I've only played ~7 hours. With the sheer amount of content on Steam, I'm surprised how much trouble I'm having finding a niche game to play for the weekend.
For some reason I got it stuck in my head that I'm in the mood for a modern Playstation 1-style first-person adventure/rpg. Something where I can chill, walk around and explore at my own pace with 90s-era Playstation 1 style graphics. But not party/grid based like Wizardry. More sandbox/exploration like Elder Scrolls.
Now there's a TON of FPS & Horror games that fit the bill. Dusk, Devil Daggers, Delver, Project Warlock, Teleglitch, Lost in Vivo, Helltown, Concluse, Paratopic, etc.
But boy am I having trouble nailing down something with the same lo-fi aesthetic but more chill and laid back.
There's some walking sims I already own like Eidolon and Proteus but they seem kinda aimless. I'm on the lookout for something with more direction.
I also own Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor, but I've tried and failed a couple times to get into that one. Not sure why, but it just never stuck.
Funny thing is the closest I've come so far is Frontiers, which is EXACTLY what I'm looking for, but it's mechanically busted to hell and back and never got fixed.
So strange that I'm coming up completely short.
Thanks for the lead. Looks trippy!
Not a RPG per say but its a pretty fun chill first person adventure game.
When I get my internet I think I will give Sea of Thieves a try! Anyone playing it?
Like Li Kao mentioned you're more than welcome to ask in the co-op thread if you're ever looking for some more crew mates. We would love to have you pop in there from time to time even if only to share how sailing the seas is going with others.I’m sure this can be organized in the co-op thread or co-op discord.

What's sort of funny is how Planet Coaster, is much more of a sandbox game with some management aspects to them (I wish that you could control more stuff) and then they made the Jurassic World game, and you wish that was more of a sandbox game (design your own Jurassic Park) but in fact it's more of a management type game (maybe a little two much). I have not played the Planet Zoo game but I would hope that they were able to strike a balance between the two and have it where the sandbox stuff gives you a lot of freedom while also having to stay on top of things and being able to control different money aspects of your park/staff.That's part of the point, after seeing two reviews whining about the difficulty of the sim, I just realized that I was in for the cute day to day vibe. I'd love to hear from you if you find one. Sounds like the kind of thing I could very much be into. With the sheer amount of content on Steam, I'm surprised how much trouble I'm having finding a niche game to play for the weekend.

I would believe it.From what I see it's definitely not Sekiro or any Souls games. And people probably will jump at me for saying this but it looks like Assassin's Creed Japan.
Ah, of course, I hate that crap.Don't forget a lot of climbing and walking slowly while squeezing through tight spaces.
Played both and I like Parkitect more, but it just cames down to what people want more. The way I understand it, Planet Coaster excels in the design tools of building rides. Looks awesome too. But if you want more tycoon/management hooks, your looking at Parkitect, which has that in spades.
I think Planet Zoo beefed up on the management side of things, but I'm not sure how much.
Sounds great! My hype for SoT never died down so I'm dying to give it a go.Like Li Kao mentioned you're more than welcome to ask in the co-op thread if you're ever looking for some more crew mates. And organizing something around Sea of Thieves is a great idea. I've played a decent amount with a couple folks from the forum and I can say it's really great for hilarious moments and making some memories.
Two quick examples are PvP related. Both times I was playing with dummmyy and one night we were returning to an outpost to turn in the loot we had when another ship fired upon us and we both agreed we had no chance against the larger ship. We abandoned ours and while dummmyy kept them busy on the island I snuck on to their ship, raised the anchor to let it start drifting and started throwing their chests into the ocean.
The other time was a lost fight at sea but we only had one piece of loot that time and a map we were trying to complete. We had just dropped anchor at an island when I caught a glimpse of a ship that had been pursuing us earlier and thought we lost them. They were still a ways off but there wasn't enough time for us to raise anchor and leave so instead we hatched a plan that I would take the loot and hide on the island hoping they wouldn't see it happen and dummmyy would start sailing away as if we had just finished. The other ship took the bait. I watched them search our wreckage and get nothing and sail away. dummmyy then took a slightly longer route back, picked me and the loot up and we then dug up the rest of the treasure on the island.
So if folks are ever interested in getting something going let me know in the co-op thread or on our Discord and I'll do what I can to help out.
No, Ive not. I should, though. But right now it doesnt feel like I'm really missing out. This month is another "meh" for me.Whoa that sucks! Feels like that should be something one can change freely. Have you tried to speak with support?
Yup.Meh, nothing i really want. Another month, another pause.
I'm not going to lie, I was a lil worried that Voxelgram would be in it after I bought it for full price.i think Nabs should post all the stuff his last moht purchased ... the day before Hubmle Choice reveals itself ... so we have some teases whats in
I just deleted 'Yes, your grace' from my wishlist.
So prepare for a Mike Rose tweet about the apocalyptic doom of steam algorithm of death to little people, in 5 minutes top.
Look at them and add the game back to your wishlist!
heh , funny i have it absolutely the other way , that over the years my tasted widened a whole LOTover the years, my taste in games narrowed a LOT... but its good to be sure about what kind of games I enjoy and what I dont like.
buy it, play it everyone ... it's really really goodFree DLC now live and the base game is half off.

Free DLC now live and the base game is half off.
I think Pathologic 2 is atually a remake fo Pathologic HD. Not sure.I've tried playing Pathologic Classic HD, but this game is a bit too old-fashioned for my taste: terrible 3D graphics, ugly interface, huge blocks of text without voice acting. Uninstalled after half an hour.
Started playing The Hex instead. This must be one of the most hilarious games I've ever played.
I hate when good concept art transforms into generic crappy pixel art (at least you can pet..something)
