There are various fanhavks of the games but id recommend playing them as is and then revisiting them with these fanmods or hacks that would add qol stuff or offer a different playing expeirence.Yeah, the one on the game is really sucky , I got slowdowns on an i7
I'll probably continue with the rest on Blastem.
So theyre gonna buy Dota and by extension valve next?I wonder if Epic is going after the most played games os steam.
They most definitely are.I wonder if Epic is going after the most played games os steam.
The 8-bit shmup entitled Neptunia™ Shooter is set to release on PC (via Steam®) on May 21!
'Why you guys would fuck me on this is beyond me... thanks a lot.' Such an inspiring quote from Randy.lmao
But until when? Will the support come at the same time?
Well for those who own/play it already. There's uh... that small comfort.
at this point i think it's safe to say it's their SOLE motivationThey most definitely are.
They wanna hurt steam, that's what it all comes down to.
For sure it is.I did, too. But this is bad nonetheless.
I fear more forI don't wanna reveal my weaknesses cuz lord knows those the EGS creeps watch these threads to gauge interests (Sergey even admits it in podcasts apparently), but it's probably pretty easy to guess which announcements would really hurt for me at E3.

I would hate for Epic to spell the end of all that on my preferred platform. So honestly, E3 got me spooked like with crazy high anxiety.
I dunno. They don't seem to be doing well financially. I could see most of them doing what the weird gaijin is telling them to, as long as they get to keep the suitcases full of money.I consider japanese devs largely safe.
Most of them are too slow and uncaring about the platform to quickly jump on the epic train.
I mean heck, look how long it took Phil Spencer to get a ahndful of japanese devs to release on xbox et all.
Big thing to consider.I don't wanna reveal my weaknesses cuz lord knows those the EGS creeps watch these threads to gauge interests (Sergey even admits it in podcasts apparently), but it's probably pretty easy to guess which announcements would really hurt for me at E3.

Well Epic announced Anno 1800 exclusivity on day of Tropico 6 release.I don't think even Epic is that petty.
In any case, if they are they failed, it's already sold out anyway
Some of the replies to that thread are just... so, so, stupid.
epic might not be that petty ... but Sergey definitely is:Well Epic announced Anno 1800 exclusivity on day of Tropico 6 release.
So they have history of announcements on day "competitors" release something
oh yes it is and it's glorious =)Mordhau is fun.
Truth be told, this along with the full delay of features that were planned for April leads me to think that EGS isn't really ready to be anything more than a barebones service. They will probably break the store if they don't take a lot of care while changing even the bare minimum. Shit, imagine the possibility of breaking EGS for a couple hours in the future because they added a game on it. Wouldn't be surprised if in a few months we see signs that the structure that EGS was built in is supposed to be used for Fortnite and a couple of games, not to be a real storefront with more than 30, 40 games available. This is how shit the EGS is on a developers side btw, EpicGames literally can't sell their own games on it over how terrible it is
What the actual fuck. How small is the team working on this piece of shit? This is how shit the EGS is on a developers side btw, EpicGames literally can't sell their own games on it over how terrible it is
I think it means: "Valve allowed game I don't like/hate".Can anyone explain to me how some people think Steam has no curation whatsoever? I follow different curators like "Designer plays", "Shmup Life" and "Niche gamer" among other groups, so how are they saying Steam needs to have curation?
According to one of those terrible comments in the terrible patch note section on the terrible Steam forumsIt seems slowly they're adding more games to the golden week, Resonance of fate is now on sale (wasn't before afaik):
Any news on the performance problems it had?
Thank you. No more stuttering/time stretched sounds! This was my biggest issue.
Now if only you could optimize the streaming of data so the game doesn't stutter when trying to stream in new data. (Built a new PC, 2600x with an RTX 2080 running the game off an NVME drive and it still happens).
If that's all it take, they should just report the games they don't like, and even then games with awful/harmful content is getting removed daily.I think it means: "Valve allowed game I don't like/hate".
People are either lazy by wanting others to do the work for them or are just shitposting at this point.I always think that people who complain about "no curation" on Steam has no idea about this:
IMAGE
or simply too lazy to set it up.
It seems that whenever they want to update the store, they need to run a number of 'INSERT INTO' sql queries and ftp the game files to their storage server manually. This is how shit the EGS is on a developers side btw, EpicGames literally can't sell their own games on it over how terrible it is

based on the trello board with roadmap 4 peopleWhat the actual fuck. How small is the team working on this piece of shit?
Seems pretty stable since the last patch in Feb. If you look at the comments it seems many people reported the last of their issues were solved. One issue that remains is the 4K texture pack can sometimes lead to texture-streaming issues/stutter and pop-in of a sorts I guess. It should only happen when you first load in an area.It seems slowly they're adding more games to the golden week, Resonance of fate is now on sale (wasn't before afaik):

God damn it why couldn't have this gone on sale alongside everything else. I'm dead ass broke now.It seems slowly they're adding more games to the golden week, Resonance of fate is now on sale (wasn't before afaik):

I don't mind at all! That sounds interesting. I've been meaning to get it reinstalled and that might just be the push that causes me to do so.I added PhaZZe and blindrhythm to my "in-game projects", since you both showed up on my leaderboards, so you play (or played) the game. I hope you don't mind.
Yeah, I also noticed that. 2 games on my wishlist were added since the start of the sale.It seems slowly they're adding more games to the golden week, Resonance of fate is now on sale (wasn't before afaik):
What are Extra and Unlimited? Do those 2 Steam entries cover everything?Muv Luv Extra:
Muv Luv Unlimited:
Muv Luv Alternative (first 8 chapters):
Muv Luv Alternative (barely an hour into chapter 9):
I don't think there's even a VN out there that can top that, really. And yes, store description for Alternative below is highly accurate
"prequels" needed to play before Alternative. It's a trilogy. What are Extra and Unlimited? Do those 2 Steam entries cover everything?
Emphasis on the NEEDED part. You absolutely NEED the character development and time to get attached for maximum payoff in the end."prequels" needed to play before Alternative. It's a trilogy.
Wow, it certainly does! Wishlisted. This game looks cool

Interesting. Or maybe they're added as part of the Midweek Madness sale?It seems slowly they're adding more games to the golden week, Resonance of fate is now on sale (wasn't before afaik):

it IS! very cool evenThis game looks cool
Problem is people always see Extra, gets the wrong idea, and drops it before all the glorious part.
This was also retro-actively added to sale just today I believe. It is from the father of Harvest Moon.
... though it doesn't seem to be catching on as well.
