I accidentally played this in VR with an absolutely ridiculous amount of supersampling. So imagine this at like 10 fps.

I'm happy to see more people buying Overload.
For fans of the Descent series, it's a must.
While that other game above may have the Descent branding, this is the true new entry in the series, done by the people who've done the other games in the series, and with the expected gameplay.
No one from the original team worked on that new Descent game, and earlier versions were very mediocre, to put it kindly.

Works with Dualshock 4, but with xbox one controller there can be problems (until they implement SDL2 library, which is planned)

I keep forgetting Ittle Dew 2 was a thing, the first one was pretty lovely albeit very short.
Good . As a European, Nicalis is a insanely incompetent company. I still remember Binding of Isaac for the PSVita updates/patches taking three months from the US release to finally arrive to the EU version

Really like it and works so well in vr i don't think i'll play a 6dof game like it on a flat screen again any time soon
Finished A Plague Tale: Innocence. That was one good game. Somehow I was not hating the child character by the end... so kudos to the writers. 11 hours of a linear hand-crafted experience telling a complete (and good) story. Highly recommended if thats your thing.
Speaking of completely unrelated things, Steam really needs a option to "hide only these games from the profile page". And maybe another one to make the recommendation algorithm ignore them also. Not that I would eveeeeeeer use such a thing

Yeah, I had to hit reply to extract the 7 number code before I could see what it was. You have to admire the devs for unrelentingly still trying to make minion masters a thing.

Are there any experts in Gameplay Time Tracker?
I am having two weird issues on two different computers.
The stationary computers cannot identify games correctly. First the icon for newly started games is always the Hitman icon and secondly the developer of the game is wrong.
The second computer can't even detect new games. So I usually start a new game once and directly close it so I can manually add it to the detection list. The icon and developer is correct.
Any solutions for these two problems?
edit: By the way, I found a neat solution on how to use the same database file for multiple computers. If there is interest I can share on how I did it

High praise! I've been impressed with what I've seen from the very first gameplay trailer they released. If it wasn't for the fact that I already have a billion first person shooters on my Steam library (since I like them but not enough to play them regularly) I'd get it. For the moment though it stays in my wishlist, but glad to hear that it's well received overallYes
My favorite was when they forgot what words mean and announced it as a "First on Discord" moneyhat despite the fact the game had been on Steam for 2 years at that point and they didn't remove it from Steam or anything lmao

But is it? Even the people who give a positive impression are saying that the story is shit, driving not really good, very repetitive and the terrain is boring. And then they don't say anything about the horrible NPC design, substandard graphics (but, like the original rage, can look nice in places) and mediocre voiceacting. I'll finish it because, as everyone said, the actual shooting is fun (in portions) but if I had known the overall quality of the game it would have been a 10 bucks purchase at most.
Ok, quick question. Has anyone gone to Era and found their font is frickin' huge? I've tried two instances of Firefox and it's like they're using a 40 point font. Edge seems fine but Firefox is ridiculous for me. Any ideas?

I loved Lost Planet 1 and I wish gamers weren’t afraid of unique / different gameplay features today.
Sampson If i can't sort out the issue with Zoom Page WE, i will be! Something they're doing with the font rendering really fudges up the Font Size. It's like reading a Big Print version of the site.

I decided to start up Smoke and Sacrifice from the Fanatical bundle next. First impressions: I really like the artstyle of the game and the world seems to be really interesting.
The game has native Steam Controller actions, though for some bizarre reason they left out the actions for inventory sorting and quick (un)equiping a lantern, despite having enough buttons available on the controller. Bizarre. Just put the keyboard keys on the free buttons and I hope that will work.

For the first I just manually edit the entries, for the second there's a whitelist (Game Detection button, use the Add recently used application).
Not sure what can cause them, I'm guessing Windows administrative rights?

Yeah I probably should've specified that I meant it was well received by people I've spoken to, not necessarily the player base as a whole, and that the positive impressions emphasize good gunplay, which is what mostly attracted me to the game. As far as story goes, ideally you'd want a game with great gameplay and story, but If one of these two things is good enough I don't mind weakness in the other. Plus I loved Mad Max and DOOM so I'm already sold at this game

Also, I just can't get the Heavy Rain demo to work but it seems that there is something wrong with their config with Denuvo. I just love having to search around for the answer instead of looking at a forum for a specific game!
