I accidentally played this in VR with an absolutely ridiculous amount of supersampling. So imagine this at like 10 fps. When talking about Descent, Overload is an amazing Descent-like game from the creators of Descent, but in VR. So you better have those "VR legs" or you will puke after 1 min of gameplay.
Reminds me that I have all Descents on my backlogI'm happy to see more people buying Overload.
For fans of the Descent series, it's a must.
Pretty much Works with Dualshock 4, but with xbox one controller there can be problems (until they implement SDL2 library, which is planned)Does anyone know what is the best way to experience those? DXX-Rebirth?
Ittle Dew 2 :: Ittle Dew 2+ "Dream World" free update on Steam!Ittle Dew 2+ "Dream World" free update on Steam!
24 MAY @ 12:38PM - REALLYJOEL
We're excited to announce that Ittle Dew 2+ with the huge Dream World expansion is now live on Steam as a free update!
New in Ittle Dew 2+ (originally released on Nintendo Switch):
Also new in this enhanced Steam version of Ittle Dew 2+:
- Dream world added, a new area with five dungeons focusing on puzzles. To enter the dream world, first collect a Raft piece, then find the sleeping bag in Fluffy Fields.
- Collectible cards added, which are found in the dream world dungeons.
- Completing all caves and dungeons in an overworld area will cause a checkmark to appear on the overworld map. Please note that some areas are divided into several sub-areas, which now have unique names.
- Reduced amount of enemies on the overworld. We wanted to make them stay defeated as you go in and out of caves and dungeons, but that sadly wasn't possible with the way the game is built.
- Slightly lowered the hit points of many tougher enemies and most bosses.
- Certain "boss enemies" fire slightly less projectiles.
- Tweaked several dungeon rooms.
- Jenny Berry's outfit is now found inside her house. The old code will still work however.
We hope you enjoy this free update! We had a blast making it!
- Added an Easy Mode where you take less damage. You can switch it on or off from the pause menu at any time.
- The warps in Warp Garden now tell you where they lead.
- Added Swedish translation.
- Bug fixes, text tweaks and other improvements.
Oh and for you lovely, awesome speedrunners out there, if you wish to run "Vanilla" Ittle Dew 2, there will be a branch for you to play on. Stay tuned for an announcement on that too.
Good . As a European, Nicalis is a insanely incompetent company. I still remember Binding of Isaac for the PSVita updates/patches taking three months from the US release to finally arrive to the EU version
Ittle Dew 2 :: Ittle Dew 2+ "Dream World" free update on Steam!
also seems like they got rid of Nicalis
Really like it and works so well in vr i don't think i'll play a 6dof game like it on a flat screen again any time soonWhen talking about Descent, Overload is an amazing Descent-like game from the creators of Descent, but in VR. So you better have those "VR legs" or you will puke after 1 min of gameplay.
Speaking of completely unrelated things, Steam really needs a option to "hide only these games from the profile page". And maybe another one to make the recommendation algorithm ignore them also. Not that I would eveeeeeeer use such a thingWe need an invisible nsfw subforum who agrees
High praise! I've been impressed with what I've seen from the very first gameplay trailer they released. If it wasn't for the fact that I already have a billion first person shooters on my Steam library (since I like them but not enough to play them regularly) I'd get it. For the moment though it stays in my wishlist, but glad to hear that it's well received overall
My favorite was when they forgot what words mean and announced it as a "First on Discord" moneyhat despite the fact the game had been on Steam for 2 years at that point and they didn't remove it from Steam or anything lmaoYeah, I had to hit reply to extract the 7 number code before I could see what it was. You have to admire the devs for unrelentingly still trying to make minion masters a thing.
The latest DLC of Railway Empire catapults you to France in the wake of Emperor Napoleon III’s exile – the French monarchy has collapsed for the second time, and the Third Republic has taken its place.
In Railway Empire – France DLC you will decide your country’s industrial future. Either take sides with a militaristic general and increase the strength of France’s borders in anticipation of a new war or help the minister of public work to rebuild the infrastructure of the country and undertake the controversial new “Eiffel Tower” project.
In Famous Last Words, the latest DLC of our dungeon management simulation, the Finally-Borded-To-Death Evil prepares to hang up its armour. But it wouldn’t be Dungeons if it didn’t end with the biggest of all bangs.
While the Absolute Evil is making an excursion into the as-yet unconquered depths of its own nose in ‘Famous Last Words’ – out of pure boredom, obviously – a very heated discussion between Thalya and our beloved narrator erupts. Who will emerge victorious when these two luminous figures wrestle it out to become the ultimate warrior on the battlefield of evil? It’s time to find out…
Redout: Space Assault remains dockedDear players and fans,
We are sorry to announce that Redout: Space Assault will be delayed. We do not know yet when the game will come out, and whether it will come out this year or not.
Ever since the reveal trailer last November, we have been flooded by your passionate reception for this title. We know you have high expectations for this game, and for the franchise as a whole. We want to deliver a game worthy of those expectations and the trust you have in us, and as the game stands, it is not living up to those expectations.
In its current state, Redout: Space Assault has not yet reached its full potential. We want to add more features to make the game better, as well as strengthening the narrative and the storytelling. We will keep working hard to deliver a game that will blow you away.

But is it? Even the people who give a positive impression are saying that the story is shit, driving not really good, very repetitive and the terrain is boring. And then they don't say anything about the horrible NPC design, substandard graphics (but, like the original rage, can look nice in places) and mediocre voiceacting. I'll finish it because, as everyone said, the actual shooting is fun (in portions) but if I had known the overall quality of the game it would have been a 10 bucks purchase at most. For the moment though it stays in my wishlist, but glad to hear that it's well received overall
nope, nothing yet ... also - it might not even be a sale ... it just might be a pre-sale eventHas there been any further news/leaks about a "Spring Cleaning" sale?
Stay here instead.Ok, quick question. Has anyone gone to Era and found their font is frickin' huge? I've tried two instances of Firefox and it's like they're using a 40 point font. Edge seems fine but Firefox is ridiculous for me. Any ideas?
There's no danger of this being Egs Exclusive is there? I assume not.
(not up yet)
not unless it's standalone ... if it's just DLC - they kinda have to put it on steam as wellThere's no danger of this being Egs Exclusive is there? I assume not.
Phew. Although I bet if there is any company that would try to exclusivise DLC it would be EPic.not unless it's standalone ... if it's just DLC - they kinda have to put it on steam as well
oh, i'm sure it's going to happen sooner or later (probably sooner)Phew. Although I bet if there is any company that would try to exclusivise DLC it would be EPic.
I really liked Kerbal so might get this. Have to re-learn all the apoapsis to the periapsis stuff.
I get the first issue (although in my case it's a DROD icon and Robot Entertainment) and the second at times. Are there any experts in Gameplay Time Tracker?
I am having two weird issues on two different computers.
The stationary computers cannot identify games correctly. First the icon for newly started games is always the Hitman icon and secondly the developer of the game is wrong.
The second computer can't even detect new games. So I usually start a new game once and directly close it so I can manually add it to the detection list. The icon and developer is correct.
Any solutions for these two problems?
edit: By the way, I found a neat solution on how to use the same database file for multiple computers. If there is interest I can share on how I did it
I only have Rorona. Man im slacking.I'm up to date:
How do you find the correct icon for each game?I get the first issue (although in my case it's a DROD icon and Robot Entertainment) and the second at times.
For the first I just manually edit the entries, for the second there's a whitelist (Game Detection button, use the Add recently used application).
Not sure what can cause them, I'm guessing Windows administrative rights?
What. That's stupid.I can't play Stellaris with my buddy who actually lives here in Taiwan.
UI language doesn't match.
Yeah I probably should've specified that I meant it was well received by people I've spoken to, not necessarily the player base as a whole, and that the positive impressions emphasize good gunplay, which is what mostly attracted me to the game. As far as story goes, ideally you'd want a game with great gameplay and story, but If one of these two things is good enough I don't mind weakness in the other. Plus I loved Mad Max and DOOM so I'm already sold at this gameBut is it? My man!I'm up to date:
