As Gabe said, piracy is a service problem, if MS buys Valve and turns it into shit, we can still always go back to torrenting all that shit and be as happy as always. They are stealing all our data, so only fair we steal some of theirs.
I feel you. Most of the games industry is owned by terrible companies. Focusing on indie games and ignoring game news from time to time helps me a lot to keep enjoying it.Yeah, gaming is hanging on by a thread for me as it is
Whenever a company acquires another public company they usually end up paying a premium for the shares. Activision Blizzard had a market cap of over 50 billion dollars when Microsoft announced the acquisition at the price of 68 billion dollars. It was a good acquisition because they managed to get the company when it's value had fallen... at it's peak ATVI was worth 80 billion dollars. There is no evidence that this is happening but it does make me question as to why ABK was so expensive. Out of all their IPs isn't CoD and Candy Crush their two most valuable IPs? Or was there something else making them so expensive?
*daysSame. No doubt MS would ruin everything that makes Steam great within a couple of years. Besides funding 1st party games, MS has proven to be terrible for gaming the past 2o years.

some people LOVE imagining doom scenariosOh never mind this all started from a random tweet from a randomer and era are willing it into existence lmao
panic over
stop making microsoft look good...*instantly
"As our first actions, anime is banned and adult content is banned, but we suppose that is redundant, so just no anime "
But there are so many smaller good and great indies that are also never released on torrent sites. As Gabe said, piracy is a service problem, if MS buys Valve and turns it into shit, we can still always go back to torrenting all that shit and be as happy as always. Don’t worry, they will be there the day steam goes to shitBut there are so many smaller good and great indies that are also never released on torrent sites.
Well that won't happen in my lifetime, Im sure.Don’t worry, they will be there the day steam goes to shit
Are you implying that our right hands are AI? Many often mine just pushes the purchase button itself."Hey guys, I heard you like AI so we put AI in Steam! It will purchase games for you that you won't even need to play!"
I was looking forward to this game, but the demo performs terriblyWhy not play the Italian Souls demo instead of the usual anti-steam fearmongering?

Wait, Japan never had those games on Steam before?
Bandai has region locked all the Naruto games from what I recall so people in Japan can't play those. They can play all the One Piece games though I think,Wait, Japan never had those games on Steam before?
When is MC gonna embed X links?
Does MC even embed mastodon links? Now that is a must! When is MC gonna embed X links?
It's strange that the country where anime is from don't have the anime gamesBandai has region locked all the Naruto games from what I recall so people in Japan can't play those. They can play all the One Piece games though I think,
No, years. Remember GFWL, UWP, the initial Xbox One release, RROD, Kinect, introducing paid online gaming, their constant mismanagement of their 1st party studios etc. It's a blessing that Xbox never became market leader.*days
I'd be down if it played through my backlog for me."Hey guys, I heard you like AI so we put AI in Steam! It will purchase games for you that you won't even need to play!"
I have a solution for this. The year in review thing appears in the second week of December and tracking for the next year obviously doesn't start until January. So just hold on to all your cards until the yearly review is out so it won't mess up any of your stats and then idle everything in the 2 weeks you have before tracking starts again.I said I wouldn't idle cards anymore, since it messes up the personal steam end of year review which I quite like, but I have sooo many games that have cards to be dropped!
That looks like a pretty sweet bundle, do all the games in it support controller?Nightdive FPS Humble Bundle
Is this show still on-going? That's a name I hadn't seen in quite a while
i'll take an AI program that makes it look like my entire Steam library is installed, I keep a bunch installed just for the sake of it but I only have so much space
it doesn't even need to actually download anything since it's not like i'm ever gonna launch them anyways, I just want the illusion
There is a new seasonIs this show still on-going? That's a name I hadn't seen in quite a while
I loved Strange Horticulture! It's a mix of cozy and creepy that just worked for me. I'll definitely grab this as soon as it's available.
