Oooofff, I had written a huge rant about this but I don't think it's worth clogging up the thread.... basically the game had so many things going against it: going against current trends, terrible regional price, the "it's not the MCU" thing, the crappy Avengers game that also hit gamepass one month earlier, and so on. And then the Marketing completely failed in showing any of it's qualities.Reading some comments and reasons why people skipped Guardians and I am starting to feel that we truly just deserve games that are filled with grind and MTX to the brim. Publishers finally won, they finally made people not wanting to spend 60$ on anything that has below 50h of content no matter what that content is.
I took a huge risk and Guardians was amazing, but it's not hard to see why so many people didn't. Even now, how do I recommend it without also adding "it will probably be -50% very soon"
