It's one of my favourite games ever. I spent hundreds of hours just building the perfect lots, nevermind making and editing films. I still have a backup of my old saves somewhere.man, the Movies was so unique
Tbf, one's circle isn't a reliable source of information to infer popularity about any topic.Hehe no problem I was just commenting that i didn't see that much buzz in my circles.

Sucks the sim aspect was the weakest part. Here's a screenshot of the best star I ever had:

I was able to do all of them exceptIngame download zone for Master Collection don't work on Steam right?.
I wasn't able to download visual novels and japanese editions. (It works on all consoles).
This editions and visual novels at least on consoles you need to push "donwnload" for north-american english, japanese versions for all games and 4 visual novels.
So if you don't do this you don't get them attatched to your accounts.
when you try to access there you go to Steam site but not to ingame DLC.
yep it should be there but no:
weird since console versions is not region blocked and you can download everything.I was able to do all of them except
METAL GEAR SOLID - Master Collection Version North American Pack
METAL GEAR SOLID 2: Sons of Liberty - Master Collection Version International Language Pack
METAL GEAR SOLID 3: Snake Eater - Master Collection Version International Language Pack
I'm assuming they're just included if you're in NA? Got mine from GMG if that's anything.
and when you try to download it just go to steam portal.
Apparently it runs better in GE, so it may be a matter for Valve to fix.Sadly, looks like Deck compatibility is rough, needs a patch or two :/
Have you clicked the check mark under the DLC area? I clicked it and it's downloading 7GB worth of stuff.weird since console versions is not region blocked and you can download everything.
Could you download videos from "bonus content"?
mine appear this way:
and when you try to download it just go to steam portal.
My key was from GMG too.
seems I'm not the only one with this issue:
Can't access/download any of the Digital Graphic Novels :: METAL GEAR SOLID: MASTER COLLECTION Vol.1 BONUS CONTENT General Discussions
Anybody able to download the digital graphic novels from the bonus content? I was trying to do it from the ingame menu option but redirects me to Steam's homepage and nothing is downloadedsteamcommunity.comVideo content? :: METAL GEAR SOLID: MASTER COLLECTION Vol.1 BONUS CONTENT General Discussions
It's like DLC wich has to be downloaded. But it opens the storefront of Steam and nothing happens. Same when I try to download the north american (NTSC) and japanese versions in MGS 1.steamcommunity.com
nice, when I created the first reply I looked over there and only was the pre-order bonus. XDDD now there're the four videos.Have you clicked the check mark under the DLC area? I clicked it and it's downloading 7GB worth of stuff.
So you were able to redeem those language packs I mentioned to your account? For me it says no license.
Well... have you played Mario Odyssey? On point. I should play more Nintendo, it seems they are one of the few who don't bloat their games to hell and back.
So they do not crash on GE? that's reassuringApparently it runs better in GE, so it may be a matter for Valve to fix.
Konami need to fix the lack of cloud saves, though.
Good point, stars, stars everywhereWell... have you played Mario Odyssey?
From what I’ve heard. Might have to test it out myself. So they do not crash on GE? that's reassuring
Worst problems for now are locked resolution and audio issues. I don't see them fixing those, we'll have to see what mods can doAbout Metal Gear Collection - per IGN
A post-launch patch is planned to add a number of visual options in the games, including a CRT scanline filter
Which is cool, but I barely skimmed the steam reviews and I'm not sure if this will be enough for me anymore. The collection seems to have issues.
We will see once the scanlines are patched in anyway, not right now.
I dont know why this screenshot is so extremely funny to me
This Chinese FMV dating sim has over 30k CCU. I love seeing weird stuff like this blow up on Steam.
Oh right, impossibility to mix dubs and subs. Fuck.Worst problems for now are locked resolution and audio issues. I don't see them fixing those, we'll have to see what mods can do
Well, congratulations to YandereDev on his new job programming launchers for Metal Gear ports
Mind sharing why? Not knowing any reasons, I would advise you to keep the PC. A Steam Deck cannot replace a gaming PC imo.
I have been considering going with just a Steam Deck when the time comes to upgrade so I would like to hear your opinions and objections on this topic. Why would you recommend against using just a Steam Deck as your main gaming PC?As someone with a steam deck i would advise against it, i’ll elaborate later tonight when i have more time as to why so if my reasons don’t apply to your situation you can make your own decisions
I ultimately liked Control, but the story was not my personal highlight. Really the aesthetic is what kept me engrossed. Even the combat fizzled out by the end. Finally got around to starting Control, been sitting on it ever since they gave it away on GOG. Game is cool. Can't bring myself to care about what's going on in the story though.
I have essentially used Steam Deck only since May. It has mostly worked, but there are little annoying bits. Mostly around game compatibility and I wish the docking was smoother (though I have not messed with it recently). I think if Valve improveds dual booting for folks who need it, continues to improve game compatibility, and I would love for a docking experience more akin to Switch, I would probably go full Deck.I have been considering going with just a Steam Deck when the time comes to upgrade so I would like to hear your opinions and objections on this topic. The Deck is a wonderful system and I love mine but I have no illusions of playing anything demanding on it. It's a perfect system for indies and less graphically intensive games, for anything else I wouldn't consider it an option.I have been considering going with just a Steam Deck when the time comes to upgrade so I would like to hear your opinions and objections on this topic.
