Seriously get YTArchive, YT-DLP, FFmpeg in a folder and you won't worry about future streams.

Unfortunately, I think you might have to resort to torrents for members streams as none of the channels i know of will put them up and neither will the two archive sites i visit. It's an easy way to get trouble.

Login to Youtube, Export your cookies to a file via plugin, copy URL, then use YTArchive to monitor the URL and archive it. You can pass in the cookies file and it should be able to record member streams too. Set it up a few hours in advance, leave PC on, go to bed, go do chores whatever. BOOM, YTArchive will record it when it starts. I've been playing Skyrim with Pina and Amiya streams in the background and YTArchive in a command window waiting for Calli for hours. It started recording while i was playing. It's still going now.

I bought a cheap 1TB external USB3 drive to store them and i have a couple of bat files for YTArchive and YT-DLP at various qualities and i record a bunch of unarchived stuff. YTArchive recorded the Reiny VRChat stream from the start and i kicked it off an hour into it when Reiny said it may get bonked by the algorithm. On New Year's Eve i had 8 instances of YTA running and waiting for the unarchived Karaoke streams to start and i didn't have to worry about it. I record on an SSD and copy to external when done.

Bright side, Rosemi, Finana, and Selen are playing the new Rainbow Six Extraction together. That should be a fun VoD to catch...

Yeah she play it up as a joke often but it's still probably a feel bad thing for her.

Not pretending I know her personal life, but from what I gathered from her streams, she's just not very close to some of her school mates that she still kept in touch with, and they don't share too much common interests as her, as for friends she still has one really close friend from childhood (she plays with her sometimes on stream), and some still make communications with her albeit very rarely, but she spend almost all of her time alone or at her Mom/Grandma's, she's too much of an introvert and struggle with social anxiety, you can tell she has trouble with people in collabs if there's more than several people she's not familiar with, like the kson's minecraft server collab streams she's too shy/anxious to properly start conversations.

It's relatable, I don't consider myself a "otaku" or shut-in but the lack of communication with people has completely made me incapable to be "normies" that has a ton of friends posting on instagram, but it's also not really that bad of a thing at my age, but probably sucks for her because she's still relatively young.

Edit: In other news, she completed Yakuza 0 today in a 7hour stream and while she panicked with fighting Kuze because she was getting her ass kicked, she did pretty good all things considered, she also did the karaoke songs, was a fun time.

I've lost daily contact with a lot of people due to work-from-home but my social circle had been closing for years as people moved away. had families and just had less free time. We still keep in touch but rarely meet up. Also a lot of my friends just go to the same pub all the time so i kinda stopped going but yeah, i'm older, with introvert tendencies and social anxiety at times so it's something i can deal with but it's not great for a younger person but a lot of the people i watch online seem to be the same.
I've also seen the same shy people grow more confident and more outgoing over time so Pikamee should be fine.

Part of the reason KSON got a new model. I'm sure she wanted a new avatar anyway but the company running the software that was used for her old model are shutting down and you can no longer use them. It's part of the contract apparently. I did wonder if that was the case.

The various hololive fan discords usually archive members/unarchived content by the way for 24 hours, though you have to send a screenshot to prove your a member. I'm actuall about to join kroniicord for this very reason. I'll edit this post to let you know how i get on.

Big Indie VTuber Golf with Friends collab going on with 12 VTubers. Rei has been working so hard these last few weeks pushing to get to 1000 subs which she has recently achieved. It's been mad seeing the effort these smaller, indie talents put in for the small reward they get, compared to larger agencies, but hopefully they snowball as they start hitting their own milestones.

I have been watching Amiya Aranha of Tsunderia playing Sonic 3D Blast while i've been looking into modding audioshield, playing mp4s etc as i want to get back into VR and some exercise and have found some new playlists so i'll grab them with yt-dlp. while doing that i have watched bits and pieces of the Ame Kiara Paladins stream and Kiara seems to be doing much better than people thought she would.

It's also funny seeing the Paladins account lurking her chat and sending her presents for when she finishes the stream. lol.

I didn't know anything about the Calli drama until the other day and didn't look into it until your comment just now and bleh. Looks like the usual bunch of Anti-fuelled out of context quotes and rumour mill coupled with some elements of the fanbase getting a bit too involved in their fantasies and parasocial expectations.

This is what i read and the first few comments are helpful too as they clarify things that were misconstrued in the original helpful post.

Calli might stream on Twitch, big whoop, lots of streamers are trying it out. Calli's old persona profile says it's not gone but working out how to come back and Calli among all the HoloEN seems to have the biggest hangup about the change from before to now and the people who have left or abandoned her. A lot of her tracks are about it so it's no surprise she's fragile. Also, overworked and really needs to take a break before she breaks down, like seriously. You don't have to prove yourself more than anyone else does Calli, Fucking chill for a while.

There's been videos put up on Calli's old profile dated a year ago, Kiara still puts up videos on her old channel too, so did KSON and a few others i've forgotten about.

My thoughts are pretty pessimistic about it. Cali's ego needs checking, because every single time something gets under her skin she just falls into bait and explodes. And every time, "i'll get better" and yet here we are again lol.

I'm not even a big Calli fan so it's whatever to me. But I don't want it spilling out and over into other EN girls.

Things I learned from the Kronii karaoke I missed the other day and finally caught up to now.

• She's moving "soon."
• When she does move, she might try ASMR streams.
• She tried to soundproof her current room, but seeing as we still get occasional noise from Time-mutt (her dog) and her Mom, it's not really working out. That's why she refuses to do ASMR so far.
• Has more original plans in the works including expanded lore and movies she will edit herself.
• A few other things she asked to keep secret just for us Kromies.

Everything seems good in Kronii land.

oh yeah remember she raided Highgai at the end? She said their mods praised her and said they didn't have to delete a single message when we raided him, and said her audience are great, so Pika thanked us in the super chat reading today. Apparently it's not great powershell code and design but hey if it works then i'm not bothered.
I just tested this basic AF command and it worked.

.\clipper.ps1 -uselocaldeps "True" -siteType "youtube" -videoLink "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e78MGrcnZTo" -timestamps "[22:50-23:34]"

I just copied the script to the same folder that have the yt-dlp, ytarchive and ffmpeg executables and ran the command.
A few seconds later i had a file called output.mp4 with the clip of Sumi i specified.

oh! I think youtube-dl already could let you download a portion with ffmpeg, the reason I didn't do much with it was that I had a problem where the download would download a different segment or desync at 1080p and I have no idea why, but it works sometimes, I'll try that github one though when I have the time, maybe it will solve that issue. Also I was recommended davinci resolve for editing and I couldn't get it to run, lol.

If I clip Pikamee it'll probably be from old videos because there's already several fast clippers that cover most of her new content, and I'm not trying to compete or anything.

Anteater Yeah, Youtube-dl had a method but it was complicated and youtube-dl is dead now. I use these tools, i just put them all in one folder and have a couple of dos cmd files i pass a youtube link. I can now record Live streams, VODs and clip VODs so i'm pretty happy.

yt=dlp for downloading VODs, it can even grab chat too.

ytarchive for capturing live streams. I set it up early and it waits for the stream to start, i have also started it during a live stream and it has captured the whole stream from the start. Very handy. Set it up to capture a bunch of unarchived live streams, go to bed and watch the videos the next day. Nice.

I think it's fun and it's good for them to be experimenting and being creative and having a laugh with content as it will keep things fresh and exciting for them and us. Not everything will work but you don't know until you try it. Also, it's a chat meme that they are playing into. HoloID did Ikemen versions too last year on April 1st.

Don't really like Apex actually lol. But a good entertainer can make it fun. Selen certainly does, and Froot too. I'll look forward to her perspective and hopefully her victory!
