If they just nuked hub it should've been community_hub_visible 0.
This will also hide game from library if you had preordered it.

I used a magic-focused build with no healing at all after trying out many different things.Sounds exactly like how I roll in souls.... exactly like that!
I actually tried that blue tank strategy and failed miserably! Then I've read somewhere about a build that focuses on quick healing and being able to move while healing. I was very skeptical of it but I had nothing to lose so I tried it. It ended up making that fight so much easier that I kinda felt dirty about it afterwards
DOOM Eternal doesn't restrict ammo tho, the infinitely respawning grunts + chainsaw give you an infinite supply, they just restrict the total ammo cache you can hold at a time in order to force you to switch weapons more often and to create more micro decision making. If Doom Eternal was DMC wrapped in FPS controls, HL:A is definitely some kind of RE game wrapped in a Half-life skin, and to me at least it's worse for it. Just add more combine enemies to create more interesting fights and give me some goddamn ammo, I don't know why TWO major FPS follow ups in a row decided that heavily restricting ammo is what is fun about shooters.
I really wanna play 3rd Birthday one day after all the things i've heard of it, too bad it's locked to the PSP.Day late, but happy b-day to Square-Enix. The merger of the two at least, April 1st 2003. Can't really name a publisher/developer combo with more influence on my taste and preferences in games.
I even like their crappy games for the most part. 3rd Birthday? Ok in my books. Type-0? Easily a top 10 FF to me.
I just wish they would use their in-house CGI team even more, and also I wish their PC efforts were a bit less wobbly.
Well lashman dropped 70€ on the game (Steam says he owns it), so MS might see it as a good price. The Gears Tactics price is legitimately laughable,, LIKE 70 FUCKING EURO?!
You gotta be a real special game to make me drop such an amount of munny on you
That's stretching the definition of "restricting ammo" a bit. Chainsawing involves finding a grunt, getting in close and staying there for the duration of the animation. It stops you shooting, and it makes you do other things which is what running out of ammo does.DOOM Eternal doesn't restrict ammo tho, the infinitely respawning grunts + chainsaw give you an infinite supply, they just restrict the total ammo cache you can hold at a time in order to force you to switch weapons more often and to create more micro decision making.
And in my opinion, that was very fun.

You remind me of that failure of a game, Star Ocean 5. It bombed hard on PS4 and yet until now there is no news about PC port.Day late, but happy b-day to Square-Enix. It wouldn't be a S-E patch without breaking something.By the looks of it S-E updated FFIX and literally deleted the game
FINAL FANTASY IX update for 2 April 2020

It hardly feels like a restriction if you make full use of your tools, since you can always quickly generate the ammo you need and the process of doing so only takes a second, as it rewards you with plenty of ammo for each type. It only feels like a restriction if you insist on using only your favorite weapon or two and thus have to chainsaw more often. That's stretching the definition of "restricting ammo" a bit. Whether that's fun or not, you can't really say that Eternal doesn't restrict ammo. That was pretty much the centerpiece of the new design.

I really don't get the praise Rogue Legacy got either.I mean...
I'll probably get hate for this from someone but I really hated the first one and I love roguelikes/roguelites hopefully they improve the mechanics
You can also search for savegames online. So here I was enjoying my time with Black Mesa and suddenly I can't load any of my save files...
I'll try to reinstall but if that fails... I dread having to replay Surface Tension from the start...
Yes but breaking literally every fucking file is a new record, I'm impressed. It wouldn't be a S-E patch without breaking something.
Next time they'll just accidentally nuke their whole catalog from Steam, if this keeps up :LUL:Yes but breaking literally every fucking file is a new record, I'm impressed.
I'm still very surprised this wasn't the first game they brought over when they came back to Steam.
doubt we'll get any of the old onesWHERE IS FORZA
You know what I was saying. Eternal is very stingy on ammo and requires you to play the way you described in order to get any. The game is fun for you because it requires you to manage your resources very tightly. That wouldn't be possible without ammo being restricted and maybe I'm wrong but I recall Hugo Martin making that point during the game's demonstrations.
They rolled back to an older version of the game, but I think they rolled back to an even older version than the public version before the failed updates.FFIX is downloading 3.6GB of stuff, it’s fixed
Edit: nevermind, I guess it's the whole game.FFIX is downloading 3.6GB of stuff, it’s fixed
Yeah that does sound plausible since I've seen a streamer once nuke this boss with multiple successive attacks that probably depended on such build. So many nifty little details in this game!I used a magic-focused build with no healing at all after trying out many different things.
The game does give you a lot of options!
So basically square enix fucked up?They rolled back to an older version of the game, but I think they rolled back to an even older version than the public version before the failed updates.
Public version's id before the failed updates: 1658148
Public version's id after the rollback: 1554481
EDIT: After further checking, basically they rolled back into the beta version of an update from 3 years ago instead of the public version of that update. xd
It's the right thing to do for those players at the very least, but it's also a move that allows Bethesda to try and salvage their GaaS product. I'm not sure they would do this should 76 be less of a disaster. This is totally unexpected but absolutely cool.
Good move, Bethesda.
I can't buy a beth.net copy now to get it on steam, can I?This is totally unexpected but absolutely cool.
Good move, Bethesda.
I guess you can (?)I can't buy a beth.net copy now to get it on steam, can I?
Good move anyway
It's a bit vague but it says:I guess you can (?)
so I think it's too late..or maybe not...From now through 11:59pm ET, April 12, if you have already purchased Fallout 76 on Bethesda.net, you have the opportunity to get the game on Steam, including Wastelanders.

I'm not sure it's worth your time...Hmm is F76 worth 9€ ?
Someone at Square Enix: Those fuckers are still demanding a Nier: Automata patch, boss. They rolled back to an older version of the game, but I think they rolled back to an even older version than the public version before the failed updates.

I might be wrong but I think Hektor played it a while ago and he didn't like it... like at all.Anyone played:
How is it?
thanks
I did but I won't know if it works 'til Steam release. What's strange is that cdkeys says you gotta redeem through the launcher and not beth.net. Aynone know why?I hope the Fallout 76 deal is still good if you buy it now. Has anyone tried it yet?
