Quebec sure is a long ways away from Louisiana. By the way in Quebec is there is a lot of stuff that is very different there than the rest of Canada? Like how you can only get certain things in Quebec and not the rest of Canada and other stuff that you can only get outside of Quebec? Quebec is pretty different from the rest of Canada, yeah. French Canada in general essentially has its own culture separate from the rest of the country. So we have a lot of stuff like local music, TV, etc, that is unique to us.
Not sure what you mean specifically about Quebec being excluded, but for things like giveaways and contests there are local laws adding extra hoops that companies often just can't be bothered to jump through. So it's easier to just exclude us.

To be honest I have no idea if there are a lot of items you can only get here and not elsewhere in Canada but ya there are online stores that refuse to ship here or refuse to ship certain items. From what I understand stores, such as Bestbuy and Footlocker, don’t ship here if packaging isn’t in french and english. Other stores I’ve never had a problem, like Amazon for example

Their Red Beans & Rice is likely the best drive-thru meal on the planet.
I get the family size with a biscuit on the side. You break the biscuit pieces into the Red Beans, only a few at a time.
It makes a whole meal and it's gd incredible.
Funny side note, my wife knows I've been obsessed with Popeyes Red Beans for decades so a few years back when we had a rando trip to New Orleans she made reservations at one of the best restaurants in the city that served local fare. I ordered my Red Beans & Rice as a meal. Of course they take it seriously enough there that it's an entrée selection.
It was okaaay. It had sausage bits in it so that was cool. But it was no Popeyes Red Beans. It lacked the flavor profile and tasted a bit bland in comparison. Mind you, this was like a $30+ plate.
So I asked the waiter where locals went in the city for the best Red Beans. He said, "You really want to know? Everyone just goes to Popeyes."

Closest Popeyes for us here is in Ontario. Ottawa actually, which is about 1.5 hour drive ... so yaaaaaa

Missed the packaged version. prophecy, as I understand it, is a standalone expansion with updated rules. So may be worth a look at that. It also updates the original so you could always go back at a later date.
One of the worst feelings is when Im about to click the Steam icon in the taskbar, but then I misclick and click Origin or Xbox App. They both start up so slow and laggy.

Lol, looking at SnowRunner Mods makes me sad for those playing the game on game pass. They are missing out on some really good stuff.
Two easy solutions for that:
a) remove Origin and Xbox from your taskbar
b) use the windows key + number to start Steam instead. If Steam is the first icon on the taskbar, Win+1 will open it.
I plan to remove the Xbox app from the task bar once my game pass lapses next year. Unless something changes, I won't renew game pass.

Did not expect something like this to happen but about fucking time.
And it won't mean anything because it just makes those 7 countries richer while other smaller "tax heavens" gets screwed up.
They'll probably find ways around it, and there's the obvious corruption issue but I am still glad for the move. Little steps.
Ireland first said that they won't do it because they gain nothing from it. If tax is same in all countries around the world big companies will just go to biggest cities and countries and smaller ones will get nothing.

Can you also edit files on game pass version? Certain mods requires some file editing. There are reports that some map mods straight up doesn't work because they require you to change up some files. No idea why, but game pass is such a shitshow it wouldn't suprise me.
