I always stick to vidyagames and memes on internet, but I'll break out just this once.Really disheartened to hear about Near. The internet really is young and unprepared for this shit.
I'm speaking from deep person experience, so I know this damn fucking works.
- If you know someone who is a little too lonely, please do try to reach out to them. And esp. in person.
Even if that person says they don't like being with other people, do push and make to effort to meet them once.
- If you (or person affected) stay on the internet (forums, Social media, discord) a little too much and are also suffering from anxiety and paranoia, switching it off for only an hour will do you miracles.
Not just that, but staying well-fed and hydrated will make you feel more alive. It will make you feel way less shitty and world less like an entity that is out to get you.
- If possible, don't stay in one place. You or affected person should move out at least out of their room or apartment and into either a public place or of a known person.
Because that one place carries a lot of personal baggage. It clears out in time.
- Call helpline numbers.
