I still can't understand why companies think stealth releases COULD work, because I don't think they are even sure it will work as intended, also it's Friday, Steam is right now with the weekend sales, on consoles it's RDR2 week and the best thing you can do is a stealth release? well, hope it doesn't bomb too hard.

November promises to be yet another bad month for our wallets.

:wd_hot:

So, what November releases are you looking forward to?

I'm sure I forgot some, but for me, it's something like this:

Already pre-ordered (or backed on a crowdfunding campaign):
-Hitman 2
-Underworld Ascendant
-The Shapeshifting Detective

Will surely buy:

-The Quiet Man
-X4: Foundations

Maybe?:

-Darksiders III
-OVERKILL's The Walking Dead
-KURSK
-Hellsign
-Kynseed
-Beholder 2
-Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Don't Dry
-Holy Potatoes! A Spy Story?!
-WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY MAXIMA Upgrade DLC

One more new game that looks interesting. Puzzles + copies of yourself.

People are talking about anime and no one has mentioned Ebichu? You people are dilettantes.
Ebichu was quite erotic for its time since it had an uncensored version on the Japanese version of DirectTV and DVD. I watched the first episode and I was like "WTF did I just watch?"

Its also super popular in South Korea. I remember browsing the KakaoTalk emoticon store and I saw some Ebichu stickers. There was even an Ebichu pop-up store:

November actually may be a quiet month for me for a change!

Just Hitman 2, Shapeshifting Detective, Artifact and the next Spider-Man DLC
that doesn't look very "quiet" to me :p Hitman 2 alone is a game you can put thousands of hours into ... just look at BernardoOne ;) lol

And yet that's still quieter than the onslaught of releases I bought between August and October
fair enough, haha :p if only we had time to play all those games .... i still have like 80 games installed and all of them are games i actually WANT to play too!

2bh I don't think I have anything planned as a must buy in November. Though I haven't gone through the new releases on steam yet.

It's only playable with a controller if you have a second one plugged in and multiplayer is completely busted. It's going to bomb harder than imaginable on both consoles and PC. It released three months ago in Japan and they thought the 26th of October was a good day to release it here? Not only that, but what most probably assumed was an unplayable state on PC?

I wish we could still get accurate numbers for games from steamspy. I would be willing to bet this will be Namco's lowest selling game on PC.

I mean... Al valve changed was that the default is private on profiles... To please our good, I mean that, euro consumer laws.... That was of course enough to kill spy... But really... There is nothing sinister going on...
I mean valve even supported Sergei before that change

the thing is - they weren't required to do this ... even under EU law ... it wasn't part of GDPR

It wasn't? Hm... Seems like I missed stuff again
no, it wasn't .... list of owned games is hardly something that needs "protection"

i mean - they might've done it for privacy reasons or something ... but it definitely wasn't connected to GDPR ... also the timing was kinda weird, "convenient"

just like their shitty excuse when they locked down trading ("oh, we're just doing this until the Russian currency stabilizes" ... buuuuuullshiiiiiiiit)

well it certainly helped publishers since we don't have the numbers anymore ....

and customers could always make their list private, the change was to the default setting

Hooray for Cheat Engine.
DQ11 Act 3 has a massive difficulty spike.
Sure, I can spend few hours hunting metal slimes to even stand a chance against some of the bosses, or I can just up the standard fight experience by 500x.

Just carry on with other quests in act 3 if something is giving you trouble, I find that there are a lot of stuff to do that ended up leveling me a ton, especially when I was farming materials

Does anyone own Spintires: MudRunner, and could let me know what is the point of the game?
Do you do missions? Deliveries (like in Euro Truck Simulator 2)? Or just drive freely, without goals?
And does it by any chance have a music player, so that I could listen to the music of my choice?
thanks

Spintires is great fun... its you against nature... and yes... there are missions. You wont believe how fun it is to figure out a way through all that mud and shit FunktionJCB
The game has no music at all, just let the media player of your choice run in the background
That reminds me of Smugger's Run, just driving around an open world in a dunebuggy going off jumps.
