Finished Quantum Break. It's a decent game overall, very good at certain moments. Chapter 3 was the peak for me, with chapter 4 following it closely. Plus the TV show that goes between episodes is very well made, props for Remedy and every actor there. Now, regarding what isn't so good: chapter 2 is very boresome, the story don't pick until the next one, and this here feels completely impactless, just a bunch of meaningless fights. Then, I've to say: it has been quite sometime since I last seen a final boss battle that was this bad - honestly, it was disappointing of how dumb the fight is, and how much potential there was to make it way more interesting.

Worthy to mention too: I feel that in ch 3 and 4 the game was building momentum for another major enemy, something that Jack hadn't seen yet, but it ended not even being mentioned in the final chapter, maybe the true final boss was cut for some reason? We will never know I guess.

Overall, if you got the space, bandwidth and time, it's worth a play. I spent a total of 11 hours to finish it, and according with the game, I completed 96% of it, having in mind that, 1 hour and a half, maybe 2hrs were spent watching the live show episodes.

Humble is really desperate to get me to buy into the Monthly. They've emailed me 3 times since upgrading BO4 to the full product, now they're offering me $3 off it (like last month).
Overwatch month was amazing. 4$ for the whole bundle lol.
Not as good as them sending me a free AC Origins monthly to gift to a friend, which I just gifted to myself lol

I was pleasantly surprised to see how well Yakuza 0 runs on my laptop with a 950m. Had to get out of the apartment for my roommate for a bit, and it seems to run @ 60 FPS max settings as long I drop resolution to 900p. Fine by me since it's a laptop screen! And that's Ultra settings.

Fable is going Elder Scrolls now, but with town management.
  • First/Third Person
  • In Depth character creator
  • Completely Open
  • No guns
  • Can ignore main quest and never become a hero
  • Players can build towns, ties into main quest heavily if you get the bad ending and fail
  • Multiplayer
  • Unreal Engine
(Rumor) Fable IV details potentially leaked.

I'm totally in if everything is true.

KSP can be infuriating at time. Especially considering how little some certain things have information on, like completing the docking tutorial. I know the tutorials are shit but I would like to complete it. I found one video that is old as heck. Blurry mess. Its the same setup though yet I can't complete it as I can't do what they did, even though I matched what they did.

Whyyyyy

There are only two elements essential to a good Fable game: chicken and chasing. Everything else is fluff.

How does everyone organize the games they play simultaneously?

I like to play very different games at the same time. Not only in terms of genres, but the situations in which I'm comfortable playing them. An RPG like Pillars of Eternity for instance I like to play alone and without distractions. Crusader Kings II on the other hand I can play while talking to friends on Discord. Something like Life is Strange is a good Steam Link game to play with my wife.

I played through Portal again just today. I still remember what a great surprise it was with The Orange Box. The Weighted Companion Cube will never leave me.

They've only e-mail me that offer about it once this month, but they've sent it to me for previous months as well.

If the multiplayer is an optional component, I'll be excited. I loved Fable.

Are we expecting any kind of game announcement during that Stadia thing? I'll gladly skip another hour of "Behold! The future you definitely want but never asked for when you'll be able to play games on every conceivable device (as long as you live in a big city, have a good connection, no data cap, in a country with net neutrality where ISP won't charge you extra for this and also own a device we decided to support) while giving us all power on where, when and how you purchase your games. Be impressed!"

I'm excited to see what they announce, though I don't have any plans to use their service at the moment. Hopefully most of it is not exclusive.
