Maybe I am very wrong and some one that is much better versed in the manga industry can correct me. The business model of being able to read manga for free and paying to see the newest chapters is popular in Korea with webtoons and that business model has not collapsed (all though in that case you have to buy per chapter).



More importantly is there a thread on MC that focuses on manga? or is it mainly anime?

As per #Senpai 's request, I opened up this thread to discuss comic books and manga series. While there IS a Book reading thread, I feel that one is best left to traditional books, and having any manga or comic talk in here. I personally may even start going more into reading comics starting...

Doesn't 2000AD sell digital stuff on their website? You're right, I usually buy on comixology, and they only have IDW's Dredd, I didn't know 2000AD have their own store.

I don't know if threads can smell, but sweat seems like a definite option nowadays.
Summers are only getting worse.

Anyway, I was wondering if I should keep my Gamepass sub... and if I do I can play The Bard's Tale 4; not crappy edition and Gears 5 for 3.99€? :thinking-blob:
Yeah, maybe I will keep it.

Yup, RPCS3. The simplest way would be if you have a CFW PS3 - just rip the game to an external HDD from multi-man, and then you can plug the HDD into your PC and point RPCS3 towards the ./GAMES directory.

As for Nier specific settings, there's a list of patches for games on the RPCS3 github. You just make a patch.yml file and copy+paste the patch info for the version of Nier you want to patch for 60 FPS in the file, then save it. There's a few other things you'll want to change, but the video RPCS3 used to showcase the patch has all of the necessary config info in the description.

Well, it’s been a fun ride, but we’ve decided to discontinue Rogue Continuum. We’re disbanding Rocktastic Games soon, so Rogue Continuum will be taken off the Steam store by August 15, 2019.

Players who have purchased Rogue Continuum will still be able to play solo and couch (offline) co-op modes of course. However, the online multiplayer mode will be inaccessible starting November this year.

We hope Rogue Continuum was fun to play! We learned a lot making this game, and are forever grateful to everyone who’s played and given us feedback.

To sign off, we'd like to give a big THANK YOU to everyone who had supported us throughout the development and release of the game. 'Til next time!

Ah dang. So the first thing I gotta do is dig my PS3 outta the closet somewhere, dust it off, and figure how to put some CFW on it... Guess I'll need a new external HDD as well. :face-with-cold-sweat:

Not necessarily. Rebug CFW comes with its own FTP server module (via Rebug Toolbox) for easy file transfer to your PC. You just need an FTP client like Filezilla. Then it's a simple matter of connecting to the IP address of your PS3 and bob's your uncle.

C'mon, Reverie Under the Moon was pretty much universally loved by Metroidvania fans. No reason to think Minoria won't also be loved, though it is the most expensive game from them so far... maybe people will judge it more harshly because higher price.

Nice, will buy it day 1. I hope once it does well he goes back to Momodura V, though. It sucks that he had to cancel it from all the backlash about making the game 3D and he had big plans for it.
