That powered by SteamOS branding guide is interesting. Seems quite likely that there are going to be actual devices. I wonder who will be the first to sell one.
Please give me a new steam box, I don't want to build a computer ever again.

I'm excited to see more SteamOS support, and more importantly watch Linux continue to mature while doing so.

Forza Motorsport Adding Ray-Traced Global Illumination On December 9th
On December 9th, Turn 10’s Forza Motorsport enhances its 500-plus cars and ever-growing number of circuits with Ray-Traced Global Illumination lighting (RTGI). This PC-only upgrade option enhances the game’s existing illumination technology to compute more accurate indirect lighting and occlusion across tracks and cars in real-time, amping up visual fidelity and realism.
Take a first look in the PC Ray-Traced Global Illumination lighting screenshots below:
Ray-Traced Global Illumination lighting is a new setting that must be enabled, and is not on by default. To turn on this immersive new setting, set “Raytracing Quality” to "Full Reflections + RTGI", and choose a quality level under “RTGI Quality”.
When enabled, Ray-Traced Global Illumination lighting will apply to all gameplay and cinematics, as well as your Homespace and Photo Mode, increasing immersion and image quality during virtually all in-game moments.
To maximize performance when enabling RTGI, activate DLSS Super Resolution in the settings menu, or take image quality to the next level with DLAA. This AI-based anti-aliasing mode utilizes the same technology developed for DLSS, but it instead uses a native resolution image to maximize image quality, rather than boosting performance, for an even richer experience.

Ars broke review embargo (review is down again). The game's overarching narrative—told mainly through lengthy cut scenes that serve as the most captivating reward for in-game achievements—does a pitch-perfect job of replicating the campy, madcap, fun-filled, adventurous tone Indy is known for. The writing is full of all the pithy one-liners and cheesy puns you could hope for, as well as countless overt and subtle references to Indy movie moments that will be familiar to even casual fans.

Seems like perf is fine if you don't need the "ultra RT" mode. They got a "steady" 60 (with "occasional" traversal stutters), on a 2080Ti (a six-year old high-end card from 2018) at 1440p using "high" settings. That seems super reasonable to me, especially as it's not using FG.
That mouse and dock combo is calling me.
Ok, but why say silly, wrong, things? They're no more tacky or expensive than any other accessory, that's based on the design of the given, of countless, models.
mechanical keyboards are a tacky waste of money and are in no way better than basic/default keyboards.

I don't see an issue with that combination of terms. Some turn based games feel noticeably faster than others in terms of how snappy the menus are, how the animations play out and how much time the AI wastes time on it's turn."fast-paced turn-based"
