Where is @Walmart Canada when we need?Is it me or are there far fewer leaks than usual this E3 @_@
made a thread for it News - YU-NO remake (Mages/Spike) - coming to the west on October 1, 2019crossposting from the VN thread
seems to be short scloosivity
Game will release on Kartridge first! :: Swords & Souls: Neverseen General DiscussionsQuick heads up to announce that Swords & Souls: Neverseen will release first on Kartridge, the new PC platform made by Kongregate! It will come on Steam 45 days after.
We'll let you know as soon as we have an official release date!
Huh. It does look interesting. That feeling when you discover a game on steam that is everything you love and then you find out you've owned it for like 4.5 years!
that's the kind of exclusivity i can deal withseems to be short scloosivity
Fewer leaks and fewer early announcements. I think this is pointing toward a light E3.Is it me or are there far fewer leaks than usual this E3 @_@
I can deal with it as well, in terms of waiting time.that's the kind of exclusivity i can deal with
the kartridge ones were always +- monthsI love how exclusivity periods just keep dropping in length. How low can you go?
yeah, that's trueI can deal with it as well, in terms of waiting time.
But I'm really starting to ask myself: do I want to?
I'll be happy to know if that BN/From game GRR consulting is true or not.Fewer leaks and fewer early announcements. I think this is pointing toward a light E3.
Outward had the most hilarious one. Exclusive...preorder.I love how exclusivity periods just keep dropping in length. How low can you go?
Probably on PC side, EGS exclusive games are keeping as tight lipped as possible. I think some aren't even running conferences (like Sony)? I might be wrong about that, I usually don't pay attention to any E3 conference except Nintendo's.Fewer leaks and fewer early announcements. I think this is pointing toward a light E3.
they all are ... it's just that sony and ea won't technically be "directly" at e3 ... just somewhere nearProbably on PC side, EGS exclusive games are keeping as tight lipped as possible. Yeah, will be buying exclusively for Republique and Snake Pass, everything else is a bonus for me.That Fanatical bundle is really freaking great. Fanatical really has been the best bundle site for the last couple of years.
That's how I look at indies too. It's easy to pick up a smaller game for $20 because it fits neatly into my life, like where it's not asking for 80 hours and $60 and a hundred GB of space. Like Hades I would've already picked up, if I either trusted the Epic store and they weren't so weird, or if it were on Steam and they weren't screwing with exclusivity. I can't even wishlist and remember it that way. So lost sale there, I most likely will let it drop off my radar and someday go "oh yeah, that one!" in some Humble Bundle. But yeah, $2M from Epic, or $.30 from people like me? I can see their point.I can deal with it as well, in terms of waiting time.
But I'm really starting to ask myself: do I want to?
I mean, apparently it's too much to ask that developers release their games on the multiple PC stores at the same time.
This is really starting to piss me off, in the sense that I'm starting to lose interest in supporting most of these indie developers, like I usually do.
I'm the kind of guy that is more likely to buy indie titles on day one, than big ones, instead of waiting for cheap bundles, because I like to support the efforts of the "little guys". But, with many of them going out of their way to make my buying experience as painful and downright annoying, not to mention this ridiculous attempts to dictate where and how I purchase my games, I really have to ask myself why I should put up with this, and support them?
Especially since I have a big backlog that I can easily turn to, my gaming time is shorter and shorter as the years go by, and I have other hobbies (like cinema, music, ...) where to spend money on.

I'm almost positive that happened because they originally planned on making another deal with Epic for that game but the Metro reaction blew up so hard it scared Deep Silver and this was the best Epic could get out of them.Outward had the most hilarious one. Exclusive...preorder.
Mind you, they even made sure they would offer the preorder bonus for a entire week on the Steam release. So it was literally the most pointless exclusivity I've ver seen.
Yeah, I'll wait until the game has all the complete packs. Thank you very much.
I've been saying this since it was announced
Finally! My most awaited VN translation.crossposting from the VN thread
I went into the Tech Support thread on Steam Community and K-T didn't seem to acknowledge it was an issue, which is regrettable. I saw your posts as well in one of the threads. The games are in DX11 too so we can't really use dgVoodoo and such to get around it.While they have resolution options, Atelier Rorona and Meruru's internal resolution is still 1080p despite what you set (and so the games look very aliased even at high resolutions, they're still running at 1080p after all).
For some reason, only Totori runs properly at the selected resolution.
There are users that have tried to mod Rorona/Meruru to run properly at different resolutions, but, they haven't been able to do it without breaking the UI...
Has that happened with any of the last few TWs?Yeah, I'll wait until the game has all the complete packs. Thank you very much.
I dunno, I never played a Total War game before.Has that happened with any of the last few TWs?
Or Deep Silver got greedy and asked for more than even Epic was willing to cash out.I'm almost positive that happened because they originally planned on making another deal with Epic for that game but the Metro reaction blew up so hard it scared Deep Silver and this was the best Epic could get out of them.
Return to a Midgar like you’ve never seen before, in this faithfully remastered graphics mod for Final Fantasy VII (PC). The Remako HD Graphics Mod features improved graphics with 4x the resolution of the original. This was accomplished by using state-of-the-art neural networks to upscale the game’s graphics. The mod improves the quality of among other things the pre-rendered backgrounds, battle, world textures, as well as the game’s full-motion videos (FMVs). Remako is also compatible with many other mods, such as The Reunion (R03C) or 3D model mods, for the ultimate Final Fantasy 7 experience. Remako Mod is compatible with all PC versions of FF7: the CD original, the Square Enix Store version and the Steam release. You can find the download links, installation instructions, screenshots and much more over at: Final Fantasy VII Remako mod
After a couple of hours I think it's a worthy sequel, there are different types of stages in the single player side (drifting, catching rings). I have only completed the first set of stages so I don't know if there are more types. For now it's a fun game, not as good as MK8 but not bad either.Tizoc How's Team Sonic Racing?
I really enjoyed Transformed, but everything I see about this game seems less appealing to me.
The focus on Sonic characters only, instead of various Sega properties, doesn't sound as appealing to me, not because of the drivers, but because of decreased variety in stages and soundtrack tracks.
Is it worth it?
How much content is there, in terms of stages, modes, ... ?
thanks
I am happy to helpThanks for your feedback, Echoes .

Price mistake? $1.99 is much lower than what I expected even with them mentioning in the description that it's supposed to be very very cheap! Thanks for your feedback, Echoes .

Damn, there goes Telltale's best game since Walking Dead S1 (and maybe even better than that), and best Borderlands overall.Removed store name – Tales from the Borderlands
There's already a Steam mobile app for all of that, isn't it? I use it and it's pretty handy.
