i am pretty sure she teased uc collection too , but without details if its jus collection or too
Well, if we are being logical the collection makes more sense. The spin off was pretty good but honestly I think it's not coming.
Besides, Queen did explicitly said the UC Collection :

Uncharted 1-4 :coffee-blob:
No mention of Lost Legacy :crying-face:

Of all the Sony PC possibilities, the Naughty Dog games are the ones that have me most excited. Most of Sony's big cinematic games leave me cold in the gameplay department, but Uncharted has great mechanics. It's the only third person cover shooter I've played that seemed to really encourage a fast, dynamic playstyle instead of just stop-n-pop (at least on Normal, the games were miserable on higher difficulties).

Uncharted 1-3 at 144hz would be heaven on earth.

I really hope Queen's sources are right about this one.

Ah, the sweet smell of LRM in the morning.

I'm starting to get the hang of Battletech! Still using medium mechs but I'm starting to win battles I'm out-tonned and out-gunned in. I'm getting better, little by little, thanks again for all the advice earlier. PPC's and AC's are really awesome at getting things to rapidly and irreversibly undergo energy transfers. I also love the lore that the Expanded mod adds! Vehicles are also really not to be trifled with. Some of them seemed to have LRM20 hammering me from a hill, and between the evasion maluses and the sheer damage, those little tin-cans did me in for my first attempt.

So far so good, and the plot is surprisingly compelling.
My favorite thing about vehicles in Battletech is stomping on them! So much fun!

However you are right to be wary of them, some of those little armored tanks and such pack a PUNCH. I've seen triple PPC tanks, and other vehicles with more missles than an Assault mech o_O Hard to stomp on those.

No way ND would port the Uncharted games to PS5/PC and not include Lost Legacy. They will all be part of a new collection if they really do it.

Also it would probably be Bluepoint doing most of the work again anyways. If Sony trusts them to port UC4 no reason they wouldn't LL.

I don't know about that. I played them on PS4 last year and just at 60fps it felt weird. It felt like the game was not made with being played at above 30fps.

Things can look a lot nicer and smoother with a high fps and look "normal" but there are also games where it just feels "off" and that's how I felt like when playing the game. It's not bad but it did just feel weird.

So in other words instead of looking and feeling smooth it just felt like they speed the game up.

I briefly played 2 on PS4 and it was fine for me. Did not feel sped up at all.

If the collection ever makes it to PC I hope it's not capped at 60fps.

As of late my mindset on PC releases is that everything will come, sooner or later. After all the ports we didn't expect, Microsoft's recent commitments, and now Sony joining in, I feel it's just a matter of time. Even in the least probable cases (Nintendo), you'll probably be able to play said games via emulation much better than original hardware. If not now, then soon enough.

Have been playing a good bit of Demon's Souls through RPCS3 in the last week and I was very pleasantly surprised by how smooth the game just plays right out of the gate. My CPU isn't the best, so there are some dips but this is absolutely the best way to experience that game (yes, I'm aware that the remake exists, I just hate how it looks).

Just stared playing Bionic Commando (2009), and man, the menu is really cool! Clean, easy to navigate and really smooth at high refresh rates. Another neat thing about the main menu is the "Help" section for the controller, where the game shows you what all the buttons do when you press them. If you keep a button held down, it'll give you a detailed description. I've never seen anything like this before!

[UWSL][UWSL]This is an interesting look into SIMS franchise who know very little about it[/UWSL][/UWSL]
[UWSL][UWSL][/UWSL][/UWSL]
Ah, good memories. The Sims 2 is my One True Game, being a huge part of my childhood. It has held up incredibly well for a 16 year old title. I haven't put much time into the others. Emotions were supposed to be the big gimmick of The Sims 4 and that fell flat, so I never returned to it.

Looking back over the last 3 entries in the franchise, history keeps repeating itself:
  1. The community arguing over which is the best iteration (it's always the previous entry)
  2. Features/items being left out of the base game then showing up later in a pack
  3. Complaints about DLC being overpriced/lacking in content
  4. Paying EA to be advertised to (H&M and Ikea stuff pack in 2, Katy Perry Sweet Treats in 3, Journey to Batuu in 4)
Honestly not enthusiastic about a potential Sims 5 if it's just going to be more of the same plus online bullshit.

It's nice that more indies are putting their own spin on life sims. I've backed Paralives and Little Sims World on Patreon to track their development.

These rumblings can rumble off. I don't wanna hear anything about new FROM game until Elden Ring has released and at least 1 piece of DLC is out :shrugblob:

Blaseball is so good. Glad it's back and I'm loving it again.

It is turning me into a degenerate gambler though...

One of the achievements in Nioh2 is to bathe in every hot spring. Would have been nice to know that before I simply walked past all of them in my 100hr of playtime so far

Getting all cheevos is very doable. The only real annoying one I see is collecting all the kodama. Don't know if I am up for this tho. I really want to try out Elex but Nioh2 is so addicting.

Also there seems to be a lot of love for Elex but the user reviews don't indicate anything special. Must be a lot of Risen fans out there.

Piranha Bytes games fill a very speficic niche, and they're mostly damn great at that.
Looking forward to Elex, but I also still need to go through the Risen series (was a good part into Risen 1) and the Gothic series (only completed 2) eventually.

Anyone have a recommendation to Steam Link something on my phone? Like what kind of PC game would be suitable for touch controls and small screen? I was thinking something like Mutant Year Zero might work but I'd have to check if the HUD/text stuff can be adjusted so they're easily visible and what not.

Into the Breach?

Edit: never mind, can't get any good streaming where I wanted (play stuff in bed).

Steam Link is, like, made with Visual Novels in mind.

I really hope Paralives will be good "game" and not take the route of Cities: Skylines in placating YouTube content creators in making a city builder that is garbage in simulation. If I want to play pretty "games" with absolutely no challenge I would play Sony "cinematic" games.

If connecting a controller is not an option, I think your options are limited to puzzle, turn-based and P&C games. I played Civ a fair bit on my tablet and it worked fine although the phone's size might not be enough to play it properly.
