Cool. Cheers. I like Forza but the last one I played was 2 so im guessing its moved on a bit and Im just not into the online type stuff that a lot of games seem to push these days. Im a recluse who just wants to play my games on my own.
yeah, you can play FH4 entirely without interacting with other people .... you will see drivers with names from your friends list, though ... but they're all AI

Oh, well consider my concerns about this game resolved, then!

How can you lay claim to any amount of realism and not let people use white phosphorus, the way the US Army actually did, burning tons of people - among them countless male civilians - to death? Do they claim it wasn't used? If so, this is even more atrocious. If they claim it was used, then they openly admit their game is literally a fictional whitewashed version of the Iraq War.
Fuck this whitewashing of war crimes. I really don't understand this thing, the Iraq War continues to be the most unpopular war in recent history in the US, and this game talks about it like it was WW2 or something.

Oh, well consider my concerns about this game resolved, then!

War crimes are complex. Feel what it's like to be the people committing them, but not actually commit them during gameplay, because our military funding would dry up. Also, we have survivors of the atrocities show up in non-interactive bits. Both sides people!

Lately, when going through my discovery queue, sometimes a demo is placed in the queue.
Problem is, I can't seem to move past these demo items on the queue, so the rest of the daily queue is inaccessible.

Anyone else encountered this?

You know, I already said I'm mostly waiting for WotR and Starfield (and BG3 if it releases this year, but I don't think so) and P5R releasing on PC this year would be great, but one thing that'd make my day is C&C Remastered Collection 2 announcement. I have so much nostalgia for C&C you wouldn't believe and the first remastered collection was so much more than what I could ever hope for. Klepacki's music is something I have extreme love for in particular and Tiberian Sons' reimagination of old tracks was stellar.

I wonder if it is better to wait for Nocturne HD or play the Maniax something version that has been fan translated 'recently'.
Fair warning though, if you do end up getting the fan patch for Nocturne Maniax Chronicle, there is a bug which will freeze the game on PCSX2 after finishing (possible route)Amala Dungeon (when Demifiend wake up in the hospital) . The author of the patch claimed they have addressed the bug in the latest update, although I haven't test it myself since I only played it with the first version of the patch.

Wait and see if they have done some fixing before jumping, IIRC there was a lot of compressed audio and some other things that had to be tweaked and probably didn't get fixed in the Japanese version, so we don't know if Western version will have any fix.
If they don't end up fixing it, I'd hate to keep chanting "modders will fix it" mantra, but at least Persona Modding group most likely will take a look at the issue, since it's running on Unity engine and asset unpacker for it is practically everywhere.

PC gaming is a strange thing. I have been completely addicted to factory building games, namely Factorio (52h) and Satisfactory (57h) over the last few weeks. Pretty PC-gamey games if you ask me.

Then, I moved on to beat Gears 5 on Gamepass and subsequently started the Hivebusters DLC (pretty rad so far, glad it's not huge).

Today, all of a sudden, I got in the mood of playing Pokemon games, realized Pokemon Black would be my choice and dove into it on RetroArch.

Choices are a good thing :steam_pigblanket:

Indeed the beauty of PC gaming, it can be anything you like it to be! Hivebusters is a visual treat but, like Gears 5, did feel a little stale. That said, going to Outriders just made me appreciate how good the controls are in Gears, especially for cover. Outriders very frustrating in that regard.

I see you have good choice in games seeing how Pokemon Black still remains as the best Pocket Monster game to date.

Also I got a camera!!!!

I work at a dental lab and the company will sometime order cameras in bulk to take pictures of the products that we make and will have extras just in case they break and stuff like that.

So this is what they had for sale. They had like

- 22 Canon EOS Rebel T7 for $150USD (they sell for around $650+USD)

9 Canon EOS Rebel T6 for $50USD (sells for over $300+USD)

7 Cabin EOS Rebel T5 for $40USD (they sell for over $250USD) this is the one I got

They also had a lot of the Canon EOS Rebel T3 for $30USD and those are around $200USD.

So if you don't use the anime figure thread you should check it out since I might post more on there.

Also anime plays Valheim

I'd be pretty interested if they had Nikon stuff but it seems that your cabinet is with team red :).

Team red? I basically know nothing about Cameras so please tell me more about this "team red"

I wanted to get the T7 since that's a very cheap price but both that and the T6 sold out right away.

So the T7 are all brand new and the rest of the cameras that I listed (including the one that I got) are all slightly used but they should still Include the box since the company does this once a year or something like that, so they know that the people that they are selling this stuff to will want the box, or at least that is my assumption.

Now I am going to have to find out about lens, I mainly plan to take pictures of stuff rather close up.

Starsector patch notes 0.95a for anyone interested. I'm pretty excited for that release, though holy shit what a wait. Last one was what, a year and a half ago?
I had a look around and found the homepage, thought "This looks interesting. I'll keep an eye on it.", went to click the Favorite button and... yeah, it was already lit up. I can't remember when i added it but thanks for reminding me about the game! :D

Me and my brother played Moving Out yesterday via Steam Remote. I connected to his streaming and worked flawlessly. I could use my controller. The game was fun to play and there is a lot of cooperation in order to beat each level.

After we played it I thought that we should try something from my side. So I picked a game which has support for Steam Remote and invited my brother. He was able to connect, but for some reason his controller wasn't detected. I tried another game and still nothing. Is there some settings that I need to do in order to detect his controller?

Sooo how about the story? Is it self containted or should I play everything from the first chapter?
Falcom has been teasing the Calvard arc since Trails in the Sky SC, so while Kuro is featuring an all-new cast, chances are existing plot points and various characters from the past 9 games will be referenced in one way or another.

Personally, I will always recommend playing from Trails in the Sky FC though.

What kind of controller is he using? Could it be you have to enable that particular controller (DS4/Switch) in Steam settings?
