Pretty much.. The store page was added before blockchain games was banned on Steam

Hitman 3 worth it for £20 now? Not a fan of the always online bollocks but £20 seems cheap enough to have a go.

Oh and how ridiculous is it to work out which version you need to buy, what genius came up with all those bundles and versions.

Hitman 3 was always worth good money, its a good game! but they fucked it all up the way they released it.

Just get the standard edition and you'll be good. ;) you dont need all the extra fluff.

It's a bit cheaper on Humble if you have subscriber discount. But personally I will wait.

Given the state of EA these days, nothing of value was lost. Maybe a good shake up of the decision makers could do some good.
Then again, it’s Amazon. The people behind Luna (who ?) and who nearly celebrated finally getting a game out with their MMO, which is not exactly on fire.
We will see if they can still dig deeper or not.

Dear Mr. Bezos. I want more MMORPGs please. Dragon Age or Mass Effect would be good places to start. Also, don't touch Dragon Age 4 or the next Mass Effect.

Ubisoft will be asset stripped THQ-style during bankruptcy. Too bloated, the company is flailing and has no proper direction (other than continually fail at chasing "what's popular") and the brand's percieved quality is now in the mud. The "Ubisoft Original' monicker on all their games was supposed to be some sort of prestige titling for their games - isntead it's become a warning to avoid them because the game is probably dull and uninspired.

As for EA, as soon as they gave up the FIFA license I knew they were plumping for a buyout. FIFA may be a moneymaker, but it's not worth a third party buying EA to have, as FIFA could very easily not renew one day and then all that percieved value is gone.

By going with their own brand and getting away with it - and, it seems, they will get away with it - they've not necessarily increased the value of their business, but they have reduced any risks a buyer might flag to try to drag the price down.

Depending on Amazon's appetite to compete with Steam, this could mean the death of the Origin/EA app, or we're about to watch it get pushed really hard.

If Geoff is posting about Amazon EA it's a good chance of being true imo

And fuck Ubisoft, they haven't made a good game in (...when did rayman legends come out?...) just shy of a decade

Meh, Geoff is not even the source of the leak. He is doing the only thing he is good for, advertising.
Granted, he gives some credibility to the news. Some.

yeah i'm kinda worried about that, just as Mass Effect and Dragon Age were back on steam again I'd really hate to see them go away again

Jesus, a game dev trying to get attention with how much t&a they put in their game. With a good helping of how do you do fellow gamers.
And it’s not even remarkable on that front if we go by the screenshot, incredibly mundane.
