Wow, the video with the cooling block is just crazy. Not using the manual the company sends you, using the wrong fucking GPU, and then literally stealing their expensive as fuck prototype and auctioning it off. That is just next level douchebaggery, and downright criminal.

GN has quality info and is trustworthy, unlike LTT. I watch a ton of GN's stuff so seeing their content gets a million views is abnormal but IMO worthy.GN video on LTT is already at 1M, people love this drama shit lmao
I think what irks Steve the most is that while Linus claimed he 'stepped down', he very much remains in charge, so ultimately everything his channels output is still his responsibility, but uses the amount of shit they output as shield to criticism (we just cant review everything bro), and having one of his employees namedropping GN with a comment like 'we test better than them' wasn't going to fly with him.GN has quality info and is trustworthy, unlike LTT. Also the GN video is really just telling facts. They aren't even monetizing the dram, video isn't monetized intentionally, it's just about telling how it is. That's the difference between them and a place like LTT.
As far as I remember Linus stepped down officially recently and some content was recorded before that. Just to be clear I don't mind calling out BS, it is actually good thing that these YT channels kinda keeping each other in check. None of them are perfect (looking at Hardware Unboxed). But I also watch them for different reasons. I never expected supper detailed revies from LTT, and i never expected fun and easily digestible content from Tech Jesus (also one day he will get someone else to present their great tests because Tech Jesus himself has so monotonous delivery that often can put you to sleep). And I stopped watching Hardware Unboxed when they started using Last of Us PC port as evidence that 8GB GPUs are done.I think what irks Steve the most is that while Linus claimed he 'stepped down', he very much remains in charge, so ultimately everything his channels output is still his responsibility, but uses the amount of shit they output as shield to criticism (we just cant review everything bro), and having one of his employees namedropping GN with a comment like 'we test better than them' wasn't going to fly with him.
Get 'em Tech Jesus. Linus been a weasel for a while now.
Looking at the company, savvy seems like an entirely new company that hasn't actually spend any money on any specific project yet? Feels weird to put so much stock on an entirely untested partner. But I guess being smart about your risks isn't the Embracer way.Embracer's collapsed $2bn "major strategic partnership" was reportedly with Saudi Arabia funded Savvy Games

They are more like an investment group than a game developer. They own parts of larger game companies around the world, such as Nintendo and Activision Blizzard. Last year they acquired 8% of EmbracerLooking at the company, savvy seems like an entirely new company that hasn't actually spend any money on any specific project yet? If you start tracing money that is invested in gaming companies by big corporations and rich individuals you won't like it any more than Saudi money investment. There is no lesser evil and in general amount of people who knows about these investments, and % of those people who care about that is so minor that there won't be any change even if some form of protest/boycott pops up. So I really don't see the point of even caring anymore at this point. All that oil money flying around in gaming and football. What's the lesser of two evils, China money or Saudi money?
(just to be clear to anyone from China or Saudi Arabia, nothing against normal people like us, more against the current 'governments' and their cronies).

Eh, it has been years since I played a Beth 'RPG', and I think I would enjoy the ride again. And I hope it's solid enough to be a game that will entertain me for at least one month, like BG3.I just can't get hyped for Starfield
BETHESDA + Space game with no aliens?
God, I'd love a Star Wars or LotR CRPGEh, it has been years since I played a Beth 'RPG', and I think I would enjoy the ride again. And I hope it's solid enough to be a game that will entertain me for at least one month, like BG3.
...
But a space game without alien is a crime. Even if there is a surprise ancient alien civilization or alien magic.
I just want a Star Wars CRPG without the Space Ninja Monks, is it too much to ask ?
Sent pics when you got itYesterday I went and saw Coraline remastered in theaters. Funny enough I think 70% of the theater was full. This was one of the 4 showings the movie was going to have.
Also I did it ...... Hektor I officially pre-ordered the 1 Prime 1/3 2B DX statue. And it only cost me under $1.7k USD.
My only regret now (sort of ) is buying the 1/4 scale non DX one. Since I payed $1.2k for it. I didn't pre-order it and had to buy it from an Amazon Japan reseller right before it released and had to use a mail forwarding thing. Has I waited just 3 weeks I could have gotten it for about $300USD cheaper. Oh well.
I've been playing a lot since the Steam version released. I haven't played since Ana's release in 2016 which is an eternity and I find all the new heroes to be interesting to use. I don't deny that the game has had troubled development, but the actual game itself is enjoyable when I'm winning.I'm having tons of fun with Overwatch 2, playing mainly as Orisa.
No one wants to tank on this game for some reason.
I just can't get hyped for Starfield
BETHESDA + Space game with no aliens?
I think there will be aliens in Starfield. It won’t be a Mass Effect or Star Trek-style. Probably more like The Expanse, which is fine by me if the writing holds up.
Bear sex to be preciseWhat Starfield needs to do is ADD SEX
Ooh, is this an expansion of the free 2020 student game of the same name into a commercial project? Highly recommend playing the original if this concept intrigues you - it's only half an hour or so long, and is much more polished than most student projects I've played.
That indeed would be the final frontier, but I don't think the Internet can handle it.Space bears?
Holy shit. I thought Obsidian was lost forever. It was available through other means, but I could never get it to work on modern machines. I remember playing this as a stupid kid and never getting past the early large six sided bureaucracy room with the cubicles (the one in this screenshot). Always wanted to see what was past that but never wanted to look up a let's play so I could experience it myself. Finally I have my chance!
