There was an article about the sales distribution for that game about a month after it released. The Steam version was about 89% and EGS, GOG, Itch and Stadia made up the remainder. I'm honestly surprised the Stadia version did (relatively) so well. Poor GOG though. They said it should be released early February. So this or next week.
Survival? Eugh.
That's your take away from that chart?Yeah holy shit at gog, can’t see them being in business much longer .
Thats what I was surprised by the most. I would have thought all things considered that GOG would still be bigger than EGS for example and easily beating Stadia. That's your take away from that chart?
Wine making sim with some nice artwork. Played the demo during one of the festivals and thought the narrative aspect was quite weak, rest seemed fine if you're into those sorts of games. What is Hundred Days, never heard of it
tbh it was mine too, I mean it's smaller by several factors compared to EGS and Stadia after all, and is only 3x bigger than itchioThat's your take away from that chart?
I stopped buying trash bundles long time ago. Life is short, focus on the games you truly wanna play and play them.I think I'm gonna grab OlliOlli. I can't keep buying trash bundles when good games like that are available.
As a former '90s club-kid, this flyer mockup speaks to me.
Would be great if Rockstar actually joined everybody else in the the 21st century and simultaneously released GTA6 on PC/Consoles.And Rockstar being Rockstar again
I don't even think that we will get any of those improvement on PC.
Sir, I'm going to offer you an opportunity you wouldn't believe.Big brain mode: Working AND Playing games at the same time.
It'll come in a years time, exclusively to the R* launcher. And Rockstar being Rockstar again
I don't even think that we will get any of those improvement on PC.
EGS doing better than GoG is really sad.
insert "Steam is such a monopoly!" argument hereEGS doing better than GoG is really sad.
It again fits with what I have heard at high level, is that EGS has eaten more into GOG's share than into Steam's.EGS doing better than GoG is really sad.
I think we would need to see numbers for a larger cross section of games than just one, but I say that as one of those 'prefer it on gog' people you mentioned. What surprises me from the chart is that there are bunch of people talking that they prefer GOG because of DRM free copy, and here we see that most people rather buy from Steam because of easy access to their already big library. Even stadia has more users than GOG...
Look at these bougie fucks with TWO GPUs to play around.
Using JPG for comparisons instantly invalidates their opinion.
I've done my part! I have 0 on EGS and haven't logged into my account since it was created.EGS doing better than GoG is really sad.
When Google announced last year that it was shutting down its internal gaming studios, it was seen as a blow to the company's big bet on video games. Google, whose Stadia cloud service was barely more than a year old, said it would instead focus on publishing games from existing developers on the platform and explore other ways to bring Stadia's technology to partners.
Since then, the company has shifted the focus of its Stadia division largely to securing white-label deals with partners that include Peloton, Capcom, and Bungie, according to people familiar with the plans.
Google is trying to salvage the underlying technology, which is capable of broadcasting high-definition games over the cloud with low latency, shopping the technology to partners under a new name: Google Stream. (Stadia was known in development as "Project Stream.")
Great bundle.F*CK CANCER Bundle
We’ve teamed up with Fxck Cancer for a bundle of games supporting cancer research. Pay $10 or more for over a dozen games, and 100% of each purchase will be donated to Cancerfonden (Swedish Cancer Society).www.humblebundle.com
A bundle I can get behind personally. Fuckkkkkkkkk Cancer.
Yeah it always like that, there is certain time where it will be merged, but after awhile it will just be another post. There seems to be a new feature to the forum. I made two posts back to back, but the second post was merged into the first post. I never had this happen before.
personally, I'll take FSR over DLSS any day because I only have a GTX 1660 Ti
Worse than Dying Light 1? Thought the start of that was almost unbearable with how badly written and designed it was.Story/dialog is terrible (and I have I very high tolerance for that)
Well, I'm only 5 hours in, and while I remember very little about the story of the first game, I can say the it's bothering me more here. Probably because I think it takes itself more seriously and there have been several long and pointless dialog sequences.Worse than Dying Light 1? Thought the start of that was almost unbearable with how badly written and designed it was.
Do it. I'm holding off buying DL2 till there is a patch or two and the price is right but in the meantime i've gone back to DL1. I completed the main game a couple of times but never had a go at the DLC 'The Following' which is a new map and the main draw is you get a dune buggy to drive around in. Im enjoying it, same sort of stuff as the main game, it looks great and chopping up zombies is always fun.All the Dying Light 2 talk has me wanting to go back to the first game. Never completed it, and CDkeys has the Platinum Edition for cheap.
Might grab it to play this weekend. Looks like there’s a lot of sweet DLC for it.
