Nevermind then! I don't really know about the highlight thread. Also, if people knew about the game already, then obviously it isn't part of the embargos.Ummm...this is in the highlight thread :V
Which would've been up by now if someone would apologize :V
If it is part of those 10 games, that's a bit of a bummer because I just assume X4 enthusiasts would've known about it for a while.
Did i miss something? You've got me curious now. Not stable enough for...?Oh god little OT but apparently Wii U was not stable enough.
Damn, some really awesome ship designs in this. Need to check this game out in the future.
it's out
Maquette
Maquette is a first-person recursive puzzle game that takes you into a world where every building, plant, and object are simultaneously tiny and staggeringly huge. Maquette makes it possible by twisting the world into itself recursively in an MC Escher-esque fashion.
Head to the center of the world and you'll feel like a giant, towering over buildings and walls. But venture further out, and start to feel small as things get larger and larger - to the point where cracks in the ground become chasms.
In Maquette you will explore the scales of everyday problems in a modern-day love story. Where sometimes the smallest of issues can become insurmountable obstacles.
That's nothing:Oh god little OT but apparently Wii U was not stable enough.
I have no idea, sorry. X4 didn't really release in a good state and since it fell off my radar. I do know that they have cockpits again, which is great, but beyond that you'd probably be better served by going to the subreddit.I really loved X2 - the Threat and then X3 but then they seems to go for a different type of game for the next one (was it X-rebirth?) and it just didnt do it for me.
Is X4 a return to the old style of space sim?

Ahhh, yeah. I saw a notification about that last night. I wonder what they changed? I know people like to hate on it but i had some great times with my Wii U games. Of course, i would say that purely because of Xenoblade Chronicles X.There's a new system update for... Wii U
Nintendo has today released a new firmware update for... the Wii U.www.eurogamer.net
leave it to Epic to jump in on a trend months past its peak.
I mean, E**c buying studios is always shit, and its - like Rocket League - a clear attempt to directly buy successful games off of Steam. Just after the fact, and after the fad. I mean, the game was fun for a while, sure, but it surely also didnt last, eh?
Does this mean Fall Guys will be removed from Steam store in the future?
They say it will stay on Steam in the FAQ.Does this mean Fall Guys will be removed from Steam store in the future?
100%Does this mean Fall Guys will be removed from Steam store in the future?
I played it at launch, and I wasn't impressed.
Remember that in this case Devolver is the one who decides what happens with the game as they are the publisher.Does this mean Fall Guys will be removed from Steam store in the future?
If you dont need it could I have itDoes someone want Chimera Squad?
I can't state how much I hate openings like this, where they're basically .jpgs that move slightly. One more thing regarding Varnir -- the budget aspect seems particularly egregious in this one. A lot of "cutscenes" are basically a background image with a free-VN-tier fullscreen effect and badly-balanced sound effect on top of them. The only assets that had any money put into them are the character 3D and 2D models, and so naturally they are used all the time -- including the janky opening sequence which just pans around barely-animated images and seems to be the only video in the game.
I don't really mind any of that much (both in general and especially since I paid something like 7€ for the game), but it reminds me more of the very first release of the first Neptunia game rather than more recent ones which always felt like they had at least a tiny bit more wiggle room in their budget.
Edit: oh, and I almost forgot -- it does have a "4k native" rendering option which actually does 4k native rendering, but its implementation is Durante-dll-mod-ca-2011 tier, resulting in 1-pixel-borders to the right and bottom in some transitions
Nope, that's not how it works for Fall Guys as Devolver is the publisher.100%
Ah that's true. Sad that future games from Mediatonic will mostly be full EGS exclusives though.Remember that in this case Devolver is the one who decides what happens with the game as they are the publisher.
Epic bought the entire Tonic Games Group, not just Mediatonic. Which means they now own Irregular Corporation and Fortitude Games as well.
at least i'd get a refund on the KS (or else)I will lose my shit if "The Good Life" goes EGSclusive. Please, Swery, say it ain't so.
same, it's when they pay them to skip steam that it pisses me offI don't really have a problem with full exclusives on Epic.
Yup.same, it's when they pay them to skip steam that it pisses me off
